Aug 17 (Reuters) - The family of a man fatally shot by U.S. teenager Kyle Rittenhouse during racial justice protests in Wisconsin last August filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against the city of Kenosha and local law enforcement, citing their alleged relationship with white militia members.
The federal lawsuit was filed by the family of Anthony Huber, one of two people shot dead by Rittenhouse, then 17, with a semi-automatic rifle during the street protest on Aug. 25, 2020. Huber, 26, was killed when he tried to disarm Rittenhouse with a skateboard.

I knew there had to be a simple explanation.
Is that what its called?
“was killed when he tried to disarm Rittenhouse with a skateboard.”
Unreal.
L
Huber, 26, was killed in self defense when he attacked Rittenhouse with a skateboard.
There. Fixed it.
because trying to brain someone with a skateboard isn’t a reason for someone to try to stop that action
We all make mistakes.
I’m sure he was just starting to turn his life around.
Huber was an Antifa killer. He got what he deserved. I hope his family gets what they deserve, “NOTHING”.
Charge them with “parental neglect”. Turn the “worm” on them, Kyle!
“Is that [’disarm’] what its called?”
Describing his violence using a deadly weapon as “an attempt to disarm” did strike me as quite the technical maneuver for the skateboard-traveling dude.
.when he tried to disarm Rittenhouse with a skateboard.
*******************************************************************************
Snort. That’s a bunch of BS. Dude was trying to bash his head in with a skate board. And voices were heard on video making that intent quite clear.
Or ….. now follow me here….. animals running rampant, attacking innocent bystanders and burning down businesses got THEMSELVES killed.
More lawfare from democrat party criminal lawyers.
The whole family are thugs!
Yeah, I noticed that too.
“...when he tried to disarm Rittenhouse with a skateboard.
Is that what its called?”
You misunderstand the science.
Huber was simply relying on the fulcrum & lever principle to “pry” the evil black rifle out of Rittenhouse’s hands. The fulcrum point was Kyle’s head.
Per Wiki...”A lever is a simple machine consisting of a beam or rigid rod pivoted at a fixed hinge, or fulcrum.”
You mean the looting and rioting the Marxists were out doing?
"A person can be heard yelling what sounds like, ‘Beat him up!’ Another person can be heard yelling what sounds like, ‘Hey, he shot him!’ Your complainant reviewed a fourth video that showed a different angle of the defendant running northbound. In this video a person can be heard yelling, ‘Get him! Get that dude!’ Then a male in a light-colored top runs towards the defendant and appears to swing at the defendant with his right arm.A second person who was later identified as Anthony Huber approaches the defendant who is still on the ground, on his back. Huber has a skateboard in his right hand. When Huber reaches the defendant it appears that he is reaching for the defendant’s gun with his left hand as the skateboard makes contact with the defendant’s left shoulder. Huber appears to be trying to pull the gun away from the defendant. The defendant rolls towards his left side and as Huber appears to be trying to grab the gun the gun is pointed at Huber’s body. The defendant then fires one round which can be heard on the video. Huber staggers away, taking several steps, then collapses to the ground. Huber subsequently died from this gunshot wound."
Since Huber has the initiator of contact, and Rittenhouse fired in self-defense, ex-Huber has no recourse against anyone for anything. Thus this laughable lawsuit. One presumes the nearly 150K grifted from GoFundMe lasted approximately just short of one year LOFL.
The lawyers who draw up such lawsuits need to be disbarred.
