Local lawmakers told 18 News even though the investigation will continue and a report will be issued for all New Yorkers, they remain concerned because the Governor’s resignation is not final.

“I’m just surprised that there have not been demands made by the leaders of the legislature to finalize these resignations. Since they haven’t been filed, they are not really official,” Sen. (Tom) O’Mara continued.

The resignation process requires a letter to leaders of the legislature and the Secretary of State. There has not been an official letter from Gov. Cuomo, even though he announced he was stepping down a week ago. He continues to enact policy, such as requiring vaccination for healthcare workers, which his office rolled out Monday.

“Once he submits his resignation letter it can’t be taken back. Why is he holding out when he announced to the public he was stepping down to do the right thing?” Assemblymember Phil Palmesano, N.Y. Assembly District 132 (R), questioned.

Creepy Corrupt Cuomo is desperately looking for a way for him to finish his term of office (it expires New Years Day 2023). That’s why, while he announced his resignation, he has not tendered it. If he does not tender his resignation by Monday, the Assembly should immediately vote to impeach.

Why does he get two weeks? It’s not like they have to advertise and interview for a replacement. Nixon was gone fifteen hours after his resignation speech.

Some poster said “two weeks is required for New York state employees to resign”.

My answer—I bet if a state employee got caught stealing a few million from the Treasury the two weeks would turn into two seconds!

Exactly. Any other state employee would be out the door in a hour or less, with a state police detail to oversee any removal of personal items and a escort off the property.

Why?

Because the pathetic shameful Bidet/Whore efforts in the country that used to called Afghanistan, are a useful and "timely" distraction for the serial groper in NY.

Memory Hole, mediots, Memory Hole.

And if not for the questions from the State Legislature on why he's still around, into the Memory Hole would go any more "news" of Cuomo.
