German election: The postal vote and fraud claims
Deutsche Welle ^ | 08.16.2021 | Volker Witting, Ian Bateson

The opportunity to vote in the comfort and safety of their own home appeals to many German voters — especially when COVID-19 infection numbers are rising. Election organizers expect as many as 50% mail-in ballots this time around, a significant increase from the 28.6% in the last election, in 2017.

Mail-in voting was introduced in Germany in 1957, and until 2008 those wishing to post their ballots had to apply for permission and provide a reason why they couldn’t show up at their local polling stations.

Supporters argue that postal voting is more inclusive and benefits groups such as disabled people, who may find it physically difficult to vote in polling stations that may not be completely accessible. […]

… Unlike most of the US, German absentee ballots must actually arrive at the polling center before election day to be counted. Postal voting is especially popular in Germany’s urban areas and in the West of the country. […]

In recent months, members of the German far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) party have echoed former President Donald Trump’s unsubstantiated claims of fraud during the 2020 US presidential election.

AfD Bundestag member Stephan Brandner accused the mainstream parties of planning to rig the election, calling absentee voting “undemocratic and unconstitutional.” …

Where they vote, how they vote makes little difference! Where they count the votes, how they count the votes, who counts the votes makes all the difference in the world. Don’t believe that? Just ask DJT.......

The German phrase used to be “Staat im Staate” (state within a state), but they’re translating English “deep state” into “Tiefer Staat” these days too.

“Tiefer” in Translate means ‘deeper’.

There is Deep State in every nation on the planet (just look at their main central bank). But, for Germany, it appears it’s a Deeper State.

They must have chosen that word to reflect the accuracy of the situation.

You are right. But all these Deep States share a common goal...overthrow of Western Liberty and replace it with communism.

The EU was the first step in that direction and the people of Europe have accepted dictates from Brussels against their national interests or traditions.

What started out as an "economic union" has become a socialist union that dictates social policy to nation (Hungary)

The overall goal is to create a socialist/communist single entity that wipes away North American and European national identities in favor of a single union.

Not communism, as saying that gives “democracies” a leg up.

The Deep State is just as endemic to the US, as it is to China or Cuba. Perhaps even more so. Only diff, is it might be more obvious to the local citizenry in China/Cuba.

If one replaces the word communism with statism, that would make it easier to see the US is in mostly the same boat as China/Cuba with regard to the Deep State.

The Deep State is satanic freemasonry, worshiping their god, Lucifer.

Where has “Western liberty” manifested fully other than the Anglosphere? Is it really attributable to “the West” at large?

The EU was always intended to be what it is today and worse; the governmental structures (patterned after the USSR) were in place right at the start, when the 1951 Treaty of Paris resulted in the creation of the European Coal and Steel Community (a mere six years after the end of WWII).

We have two groups in the US.

We have the kleptocracy, who are members of both parties and are willing to sacrifice ideology to enrich themselves....the “compromisers”.

We have the hard-core communists (Bernie, AOC) who are fine enriching themselves but would NEVER compromise their principles.

It is that hard-core communist group that is running things now in the US. They are pushing the kleptocrats out from running for higher office (Cuomo) because only fully loyal party members will be allowed to lead in the future.

“Tiefer” in Translate means ‘deeper’.

When used as a comparative, yes. When used as a plain adjective it means "deep".
