The Taliban know how to conduct a real insurrection.
If he takes any questions they will have supplied in advance to a select few. The whole thing will be staged and Biden will pumped up on whatever Meds can keep him functional for the time. And Kamala will be in the background looking like the moron she is. Camp David is the perfect place, a totally controlled environment .
He needs to fire every decision maker involved in this debacle, then resign.
