The White House shared this image of Joe Biden meeting via video conference with Kamala Harris and other national security officials to discuss the ongoing crisis in Afghanistan. Conservatives noticed that the White House may have outed CIA operatives in the boxes labeled CIA and Doha Station.

Not sure what your point is, but BookmanTheJanitor's point (post 12) is that the time difference between London and Moscow is currently 2 hours. Only during the winter is it 3 hours difference, since London does go on Daylight savings time during the summer, but Moscow doesn't (you can google that). So that image appears to be from a different time of year than now.
