Instead of addressing the American people or meeting in the Situation Room with US Generals, Joe Biden is all alone in an empty room miles away looking confused.

That is a staged photo. It is intended to show him, captain at the helm, carrying the burden alone. Yet another of those cheesy over-dramatic photos they stage of politicians and presidents. The other one is looking straight into the camera from 2 feet away with a blank look. That one usually comes in black and white.
DC is a clown show. That photo was staged, taken, edited, selected, and released by the White House because they think that looks awesome and dramatic.
Media malpractice, to take and publish that.

No, something is very wrong with this. Don’t tell me that there are not advisors being called into where ever Joe is regarding this crisis. Why isn’t someone else in that room, it looks ridiculous.
Let’s say Joe is “incapacitated” in one way or the other. This is precisely what handlers would resort to doing, if he couldn’t go on live TV to make a comment. Not only that, they would make not make any announcement about his “condition” during this Afghanistan crisis.
