The Pfizer mRNA vaccine: pharmacokinetics and toxicity

4 Summary

Pfizer’s animal data clearly presaged the following risks and dangers:

• blood clotting shortly after vaccination, potentially leading to heart attacks, stroke, and venous thrombosis
• grave harm to female fertility
• grave harm to breastfed infants
• cumulative toxicity after multiple injections

With the exception of female fertility, which can simply not be evaluated within the short period of time for which the vaccines have been in use, all of the above risks have been substantiated since the vaccines have been rolled out—all are manifest in the reports to the various adverse event registries [9]. Those registries also contain a very considerable number of reports on abortions and stillbirths shortly after vaccination, which should have prompted urgent investigation.

We must emphasize again that each of these risks could readily be inferred from the cited limited preclinical data, but were not followed up with appropriate in- depth investigations. In particular, the clinical trials did not monitor any laboratory parameters that could have provided information on these risks, such as those related to blood coagulation (e.g. D-dimers/thrombocytes), muscle cell damage (e.g. troponin/creatine kinase), or liver damage (e.g. γ-glutamyltransferase). That the various regulatory agencies granted emergency use authorization based on such incomplete and insufficient data amounts to nothing less than gross negligence.

Of particularly grave concern is the very slow elimination of the toxic cationic lipids. In persons repeatedly injected with mRNA vaccines containing these lipids be they directed against COVID, or any other pathogen or disease—this would result in cumulative toxicity. There is a real possibility that cationic lipids will accumulate in the ovaries. The implied grave risk to female fertility demands the most urgent attention of the public and of the health authorities.

We summarize the findings of an animal study which Pfizer submitted to the Japanese health authorities in 2020, and which pertained to the distribution and elimination of a model mRNA vaccine. We show that this study clearly presaged grave risks of blood clotting and other adverse effects. The failure to monitor and assess these risks in the subsequent clinical trials, and the grossly negligent review process in conjunction with the emergency use authorizations, have predictably resulted in an unprecedented medical disaster.

Does anyone know of local (state-specific) groups that are trying to organize against the vaccines? I’m in MA, and so far, my situation is fine. But my wife is in an environment which is very pro-vaccine and she is likely to come under pressure to take the jab. She may quit, but her mood changes day-to-day. A local support group would help her weather the storm, but so far I have not found such a resource.

If these doctors are correct and these adverse reactions begin to occur in large numbers (and I am hesitant to regard 10,000 cases out of 180 million vaccinations as a large number), that will be the day that the vaccines once again become "the Trump vaccines).

By the way, am aware of the adverse reactions already being reported, but I don't know how many of these are simply statistical inevitabilities and how many can be proven to have been CAUSED by the vaccines. Some percentage of the vaccinated will have serious medical issues that probably would have happened anyway, with or without the vaccine.

Stop trolling.

Here’s an exercise.

Go find the ratio of cardiomyopathy in younger jab recipients (say, under age 24, or under age 18) compared to the baseline rate.

You’ll find, even with their thumb on the scales (the 95% confidence interval for the baseline rate goes up to 10 times the value of the baseline rate)...you still have far more cardiomyopathy among the jabbed than the unjabbed.

While the CDC has made it extremely difficult for cases to be included, there are already more reported deaths and serious side effects than all previous vaccines combined for the 30 previous years that they were tracked.

I have been coming to this site for about 20 years. Failure to immediately express complete agreement with a story does not make someone a "troll." I did not denounce the claims of the doctors, but simply made a point that I don't think we yet have enough evidence to fully evaluate those claims.

Ya might not know that for years. Meanwhile millions have willy nilly volunteered to submit to these injections. From my perspective, I consider them extremely foolish.

Some questions not answered here or anywhere else are:

1. How can someone who was injected ameliorate the effects - is blood donation an option?

2. At what point (if ever) do the effects stop because the body eliminates the mRNA particles and the cells presenting spike proteins from the body? Or do the effects continue forever? Can the body repair the damage over time by replacing the damaged cells (which is a normal process that occurs within the body already)?

If anyone has any answers to these questions, or can point me to a website that has some answers, it would be greatly appreciated.
