Former President Donald Trump on Saturday evening blasted his succesor’s strategy for exiting Afghanistan, saying it was driven by “weakness, incompetence, and total strategic incoherence.”
“Joe Biden gets it wrong every time on foreign policy, and many other issues,” Trump said in a statement issued by his office. “Everyone knew he couldn’t handle the pressure. Even Obama’s Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, said as much.”
Trump said his administration left behind a plan to keep pressure on the Taliban while U.S. troops withdrew, and that it was disregarded. He suggested the sudden surge by the Taliban across Afghanistan was due to that failure.
Biden “ran out of Afghanistan instead of following the plan our Administration left for him— a plan that protected our people and our property, and ensured the Taliban would never dream of taking our Embassy or providing a base for new attacks against America,” he said.
Former Pentagon chief of staff Kash Patel told Just the News on Friday that Trump’s plan included continuing U.S.air power to keep the Taliban in check and try to force them into negotiations.

I disagree. Sure, the plan (such as it is apparently) exhibits these qualities. I believe it is driven by stupendous incompetence. The people making the decisions apparently have no applicable knowledge, skill, experience, nor aptitude for this. Asking grade school kids to throw darts at a board would be just as effective if not more so.

Trump is right on the money, Biden is weak, Harris is even weaker!!! Everything these two losers Biden/Harris have touched, changed, or altered has gone down the drain or turned totally sour. Biden/Harris have screwed up the Virus campaign, the economy, gasoline prices, caused massive inflation, the USA border, illegal aliens, Afghanistan is a repeat of The Saigon horror. Neither of these two incompetents (Biden’Harris) has a functioning brain between them.
I actually believe that Biden is done and has taken this five day vacation to hide, do nothing and then announce he is resigning due to personal illness. I am praying to God with all my might to beg him to protect our Military Folks in Afghanistan as the Taliban marches in its murderous grasp of Afghanistan. Sadly our current Biden appointed, military leadership does not have one strategic brain between all of them that Biden appointed!!! Of course it did. Zero air power has been used - they literally just sat and watched the Taliban travelling from city to city. They would have been easily exposed to airstrikes prior to entering and this could have been pushed back significantly if not completely.
This is the same thing they did with ISIS - just literally watched the convoys travelling across the desert from city to city - watched them group and set up their siege plans outside the cities, and watched them go in. They could have been hit before that occurred and all of the ensuing death and destruction would not have taken place.
If this strategy isn't intentional - then it is in fact insane.

That is completely possible given Biden's world view. Just this past week Biden was calling for lifting sanctions on Venezuela. I kid you not. Biden can't do a damn thing right. He's a walking/stumbling and mumbling Charlie Foxtrot.

Notice all these months into the Biden-Harris reign, they again “blame Trump.” Preposterous that the exit strategy had to be carried out in this way on this exact timetable in order to somehow follow Trump’s secret puppet master leadership. Biden could have said later this year or next year if it looked like the Taliban were gaining too much power too fast.
Will the American people blame Trump or Biden?
Yes, they may say “I seen it on CNN. Trump is to blame.” “Yeah, I seen that, too.”
