Team Biden Blaming Donald Trump for Taliban Takeover of Afghanistan

President Joe Biden’s team has increasingly grown defensive following the swift Taliban seizure of key Afghan cities after he withdrew American troops.

West Wing officials voiced their frustrations with former President Donald Trump in conversations with Axios reporter Jonathan Swan.

The officials complained that Trump only left them with 3,000 troops in Afghanistan, forcing them to withdraw because there was no way to keep the peace with such a small force, according to the report.

There was an early peace in Afghanistan, team Biden argued, only because Trump agreed to leave on May 1.

That was an argument that White House press secretary Jen Psaki used in July, noting Biden believed the Taliban “would have been shooting at U.S. troops again after May 1.”

“The withdrawal deadline negotiated by the previous administration kind of set that timeline,” she said.

Biden first chose to extend the deadline for troop withdrawals to September 11, but in July he moved up the timeline to August 31.

Biden also insisted in July that the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan was “not inevitable” in an exchange with reporters.

When asked why he was confident, Biden signaled optimism regarding the strength of the Afghanistan army.

“The Afghan troops have 300,000 — as well-equipped as any army in the world — and an air force against something like 75,000 Taliban,” he said. “It is not inevitable.”

Trump himself criticized Biden’s handling of the withdrawal in Afghanistan in a statement on Thursday.

“I personally had discussions with top Taliban leaders whereby they understood what they are doing now would not have been acceptable,” he said, noting that if he was still president, he would have focused on a “conditions-based” withdrawal.”

The White House signaled Thursday they had no regrets about their decisions.

“The President is firmly focused on how we can continue to execute an orderly drawdown and protect our men and women serving in Afghanistan,” Psaki said in a statement to Fox News. “You heard him earlier this week: he does not regret his decision.”

This is 'deja vu' all over again.

Vietnam, the Kurds, now Afganistan. It never ends.

PDJT knew what he was doing, and how to do it.

The stolen election of 2020 has been an unmitigated disaster for America.

Rules of Engagement with Muslims -

If Infidels are present, Sunni with unite with Shi’a sects to enslave (physical, sex, monetary), convert, and annihilate all Infidels.

If no Infidels present, Sunni will turn against Shi’a until one or the other is enslaved or annihilated.

The rising population of Muslims over 1200 years shows the effectiveness of their tactics.

Resident Fraud Biden - everything he does is caused by Trump; the border crises, the jab/covid crises, inflation, rising energy prices... heck he would not have needed to have such an effective election fraud strategy if not for Trump. The blame all lies with Trump.

If Biden’s organization believed Trump left them in a bad way with only 3,000 troops - Biden could have added more if needed. It’s a BS excuse.

Trump was depending on the US military generals to train and motivate the Afghan army. They failed miserably and the head of the Joint Chief’s of Staff should be fired, today..

Trump and Pompeo dealt with the Taliban, successfully. During the last 18 months of his presidency Taliban didn’t make a move against the US. If they had, he would have ordered one or more of the Taliban leaders killed. And they knew it.

If Trump were president today, this would not be happening. If Taliban violated any of the agreements made with the Trump team, they knew there would be fatal consequences. He had already established his MO - kill the leaders and the rest fall in line.

The Taliban didn’t make a move while Trump was POTUS because they knew we were leaving. They didn’t want to give the endless war lobby a gift, obviously.

When Biden ordered the withdrawal, he said that the Afghan troops could handle, the situation.

Our enemies didn’t like President Trump because they knew he would hesitate to use extreme violence on them if necessary. Trust me, our enemies have all seen the video shot in the White House mincing around with Jen Psaki. It’s not the kind of thing that inspires fear.

What exactly is a condition-based withdrawal?

What would Trump do in this situation today? Would he send more troops back to Afghanistan? Clearly that would be a stupid stupid mistake.

I’m glad Biden is having to take the heat for the Taliban once again taking control over Afghanistan. It was inevitable that this was going to happen.

typical insane libs

If you pay close attention you will notice that the lefties are classic sociopaths.

Compare their behavior to wife beaters:

She is lying.
It was her fault.
She deserved it.
I didn't really mean it.
I meant well.
Please take me back. It won't happen again.
