A total of 63 people on Martha's Vineyard have tested positive for Covid- 19 since former President Barack Obama's 60th birthday extravaganza last Saturday, more than any week since April.

Hundreds of people attended Obama's birthday bash Saturday, flying in from around the country and congregating under tents where partiers danced, ate and drank the night away on his estate in Edgartown.
He gathered with friends Thursday at the Barn Bowl & Bistro, joined a larger kick-off celebration Friday at the luxury Winnetu Oceanside Resort.
Obama followed up his party with a brunch Sunday at Beach Road restaurant, dining under a specially-erected marquee beside the water in Vineyard Haven.
Martha's Vineyard was already experiencing a new surge in cases when Obama, preparing to welcome 500 guests to his mansion, announced his party would be 'scaled back' amid criticism as the Delta coronavirus variant spread across the country.

Many of the guests flew in by private jet and stayed in Edgartown, the center of the island's COVID resurgence.

Must be some mistake. Them rona bugs run at the mention of Obama’s name. Just like the ocean recedes.
When was the party? Last Saturday? I recall reading that the Delta variant median time to symptoms is about 3.5 days, so sounds about right (this being day 6, but for testing and data collection and then reporting roll back a couple days). The original variant, if I recall correctly, took ~14 days to show symptoms.
The (totally worthless, and deserving of a very long and painful death) media’s response: “Nothing to see here. Move along. Move along.”
Face it, the Democrats are the very definition of criminals, and nothing will be done about it until we make them afraid to close their (greasy, slimy) eyes at night. There is only solution for a blood enemy. And mention it or not, we know what it must be.

Timing is right for the Obama superspreaders to infect the locals. The Obama partiers were packed into bars and restaurants as well as taxis and minibuses.

Precisely. And these type people don’t travel like you and I. They bring entourages with them. And private flight crews with jets that don’t have the same air filtration or perhaps not even same sensitization as commercial jets. So the spread can happen far and wide outside the tents of the party.
Wasn’t there a thread here that said the Island ran out of jet fuel?
Obama for once advanced the cause of liberty with that party.
