But how is this possible? Guns are illegal in Britain.
Did the murderer not know that guns are illegal?
Maybe Parliament should pass another law making them double illegal. I’m sure that would solve the problem. Nobody would consider breaking the law would they?

Improbable in the extreme. Sporting and vermin control guns will never be banned, the rural shooting lobby is too strong. More likely is a further tightening of licensing regulations (this guy had a legitimate firearms licence, apparently)
