There is no legal Federal Issue here. The states have the authority to act in this case.

If any Judge should give an explanation for a decision, it’s a SC Justice.
They’re all afraid of the Media-Dem Party packing the court so they’ll do whatever they’re told to do to keep that from happening. Essentially, the Media-Dem Party has achieved what they want, a liberal majority without having to pack the court.
