How did she act alone and why is a Twitter feed the only source?

Next term President Trump should let Ted Cruz make all the judicial picks.

I don’t know if there is a long con or not. But the first part of a long con is to go to all extremes to appear to be the good guy. The object would be to “Capture and Control” a bunch of people who would otherwise be a impossible to control.

Well I hope that is not the case, but I get a bad feeling sometimes because some of Trumps failures are glaring. His USSC justices are one. His failure to expose election fraud before the election is another. His vaccine push is also very scary. He picked bad cabinet members. He did not fire deep state officials that he should have fired early on(like in the DOJ). Yet He did a ton of good things. The only question is why? Are the reasons as advertised?

Yet the truth is at this point that there is no other choice but to support him. It is the only option with any chance of a good outcome at this point.

I think you need 4 justices to agree to take a case. The article is just picking on her. This doesnt seem like a federal issue.

There is no legal Federal Issue here. The states have the authority to act in this case.

I am not sure why the people around here think the Federal Government controls state issues.

I am no lawyer, but I see several issues here.

First, your statement.

Second, a university is like any business or club. You have the right to walk out the door if you are not happy with the way it is operated.

The bottom line is that if she had ruled against the university, she would have been one of those activist judges that conservatives have been condemning. A judge should follow the law and if there is no law, the judge should pass.

The person who should be condemned is the governor. Governors have a lot of influence in the universities.

I would simply remove my kid. Luckily they are all older than the judge and it is no longer an issue in my family.

"Another Trump winner... At what point is he responsible for anything?"

Dearest Average FRacebooker,

Klaassen v. Trs. of Ind. Univ. is not the case to proceed from to modify Jacobson v. Massachusetts. Even Badass Bopp would admit this.

But that case is coming.

Those justices Trump nominated did have strong conservative rulings, etc. It is just when they get on the Supreme Court that their true selves, evidently, emerge.

On the other hand, I don’t think a single democrat appointed has ever changed his stripes.

He would have been better served IF he listened to other people who had his best interest. Never again, should the people who he listened to with regard to these justices is to be trusted.

Another issue is this wasn’t a “ruling.” It was a decision not to hear a case.
