The Coalition to Protect American Workers, led by GOP strategists including Mark Short, who served as former Vice President Mike Pence’s chief of staff, is warning members of Congress against reversing President Trump’s landmark 2017 tax reform law.

“If any elected member of Congress tries to jeopardize the next American recovery in the name of higher spending, expansive social welfare programs, the green new deal and higher taxes, we will ensure that you are held accountable,” the group wrote in a letter to lawmakers.

Congress has made it clear—they will do anything for off-shore cash.

Pay up or shut up!

“If any elected member of Congress tries to jeopardize the next American recovery in the name of higher spending, expansive social welfare programs, the green new deal and higher taxes, we will ensure that you are held accountable,”

Who has done something right? Pence and that GOPe/Chamber of Commerce/Establishment/RINO stooge, Short?

If they were serious about the above statement, they would have listed the 19 Republican Senators, by name and stated that for those that are planning on sticking around we will do whatever is necessary to see that you’re gone. And for those that are leaving, we’re going to do anything and everything we can to get you to leave early.

If I’m not mistaken, the 19 that voted for CornPops bill, are either on their way out anyway or were just re-elected, so they’re all safe. Nothing can bother them. And I’d bet money, if I had it, that a lot more of the frauds we call Republican Senators were all about that bill and the $3.5 trillion add-on, they just need political cover so those 19 can vote for them.

We get played every time, all the time.

Like Fox News, Pence betrayed a sitting president and the nation. Now he's trying to get back on Trump's good side...until he isn't.

Pence = milquetoast douche.

So you're saying Trump wasn't worthy of such a perfect (in your mind) person, (not a question)

Apparently they did not see what happened yesterday when the Assistant Democrats in R jerseys assisted the Democrats to destroy the country.

We get played every time, all the time.

And that is embarrassing for many of us.

Raising the ceiling in order to frivolously spend future anticipated revenues today is on a par with intentionally overloading a lifeboat.

It’s embarrassing but also a sign that we’ve allowed a select few to dictate our lives, in a sense.

One of the things that irks me is the power that the state and federal level GOP committees, etc have on all of us.

If the state level GOP doesn’t want someone to run against its chosen one, then unless you have the money, you aren’t running. So, when it comes time to vote for your Governor, etc your taking a bite of the sh*t sandwich they’re serving. Very little chance of overcoming the chosen one.

Donald Trump changed all of that since he didn’t need any of them. He avoided them and walked away with it. Which pissed them off to no end and one of the reasons he’s gone.

Folks need to start doing their own research and making their own decisions. If we/they end up with the chosen one, so be it, if that person is the last one standing.

But the time for voting for the lesser of two evils or voting for this person or that person so the Democrat won’t win, has come to an end.
