SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s lead cyber expert now says the key data underpinning the theory that China hacked the 2020 election unveiled at the Cyber Symposium is illegitimate.
Mr. Lindell said he had 37 terabytes of “irrefutable” evidence that hackers, who he said were backed by China, broke into election systems and switched votes in favor of President Biden. The proof, he said, is visible in intercepted network data or “packet captures” that were collected by hackers and could be unencrypted to reveal that a cyberattack occurred and that votes were switched.
But Mr. Lindell’s lead cyber expert, Josh Merritt, told The Washington Times that packet captures are unrecoverable in the data and that the data, as provided, cannot prove a cyberincursion by China.

I am categorically not willing to blame the chinese. who most likely did everything they could to perform cyber warfare and destroy our election process. The people who stole the election are the men and women who added the extra ballots into the scanners that inflated the counts for biden. We have video of atlanta. I have the totals from Delco, PA. Americans betrayed this county not chinese hackers.

There was never any need to send data outside and back into the U.S. to throw the election once the software is in the necessary computers. If Gateway Pundit is right about the identical ratios of Trump to Biden votes regardless of batch size in dozens of batches in the swing states, all it would take is a excel spreadsheet with the calculations to fix the outcome. Arguing over 3am vote dumps was almost a decoy to the real rigging of the spreadsheets tallying all the votes. Too many people are still looking for exotic scenarios instead of looking at what makes the most sense.”

Merritt spent his military service as a mechanic. He was never an intelligence analyst/operative, has no background in that field. According to his service record he took one introductory intelligence course but failed to finish it.

Well, the problem is ... there’s no “it” to disprove.
Lots of rhetoric, speculation, and assertions - but no actual _evidence_.
Don’t get me wrong, I was having a WTF moment before 10pm on Election Day, obviously cheating was going into high gear (major metro area announced halt to counting, to resume next morning) and there’s plenty of “well that ain’t right” piling up since. Stolen election? yeah probably.
We’ve heard much of audits and recounts, but no objective details released - at least, no “well there it is” objective facts. No “well there’s 437 registered voters in this precinct and 13,273 of them voted for Joe”. No “these 1372 voters did, in fact, vote early and often”. Lots of “devastating evidence coming soon!” ... and it’s August now.
Remember, good cheating doesn’t leave evidence proving it happened. Yeah, a whole lotta archived ballots got shredded - they’re gone. Manual “naw, he _really_ wanted to vote for Joe” digital record changes happened - without a trail. If there was cheating, it only need be in a few statistically tenuous areas easily bumped back over the line with some plausible deniability.

That is correct. I've been retired from the industry about 20 years now, so it's been awhile for me. But HTTP is only one of many TCP/IP protocols. There is also Telnet, FTP, UDP, and a few others that are used in communication between the host and the network.
All IP hosts have a 32 bit address. To me, any destination address that does not start with a 10.0.0.0, a 172.16.0.0, or a 192.168.0.0 is suspect of going out over the internet, since the addresses I mentioned are used for local network traffic only. I would think it would be easy to filter the packets and look for those anomalies. Especially, since Dominion claimed their machines "weren't hooked to the internet."

The doctored versions showed up pretty quick. But, I found a lot of things in that file that were dead giveaways. My boss at the time actually paid me to write a report for him and prove to him it was fake. It was hard, because he wasn't a computer geek. But, I showed him enough.
Think his name was Montgomery.
Nice job WT at spreading misinformation and trying to discredit the cyber audit. Unfortunately those of us who watched the proceedings and heard the statement know exactly what he said and the context he was saying it in.
The discussion was not about the internet PCAP data but the event logs that were legally supposed to have been on the updated forensic image of the server they got from Colorado. Dominion technicians reformatted the disk after the election and installed a new image destroying all the election dated files on this one machine. Those files, as Josh pointed out, were not recoverable.
Fortunately, unless you are the WT, they also have the original forensic image of the same machine before Dominion wiped it so they can very well recover the event logs from that machine once they have started up its VM and can read the logs. When Josh made these remarks I even said to myself this is going to be intentionally distorted to attack the evidence.
This had absolutely nothing to do with the PCAPS that are being validated and discussed tomorrow. Do you all see how deep this lying and deception is going to cover up the truth? These criminals will stop at nothing.
