No… viruses are CONSTANTLY MUTATING whether there’s a vaccine or not. Some are harmful/fatal to the virus; some are neutral and neither help or hurt the virus; and lastly some mutations are beneficial to the virus.
In a nutshell the ‘vaccines’ which are not vaccines among other things (spike proteins, etc) destroy the immune system. It appears there will be a tidal wave of deaths amongst those who took it starting this fall with the commencement of flu season.

I have received a flu shot every year for many years, They always if your are sick now. With covid, people can be infected and not know it, then get vaccinated. Not good.

The test used by vaccine opponents to argue vaccine failure when there is a positive result has always picked up symptomless “cases”, colds, flu, etc. Those pushing shamdemic and the vaccine opponents are both basing their claims on an open-ended definition of what constitutes a “case”.
And when did the vaccine makers claim that recipients would never “test positive” after taking it?

That’s quite a leap in logic. Forty to fifty percent in those three counties are unvaccinated. The increase in cases could be due to that. Also, mutations are not CAUSED by vaccines. If a random mutation occurs, it might be more successful at avoiding the immune system.
