Texas House Democrats who fled to Washington, D.C., in July to avoid voting on an election reform bill filed a lawsuit against Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) and other Republican leaders on Friday, alleging the governor’s threat to arrest them upon their return to the Lone Star State is causing them “anxiety,” “distress,” and “embarrassment.”

The fleeing, boozing, contaminated Texas Dems - are suing the Texas Gov for their Private Jet Vacation.

Like their constituents, the babies want money for nothing.

It is the Texas Legislature that wants them arrested.
Gov. Abbott is just a public servant bound to do his public duty.
To: AnthonySoprano
The judge better dismiss this ridiculously frivolous case with prejudice.

Usually they’re better at narratives. So these courageous rats leave the jurisdiction because of their convictions and then they sure beacuase…. It’s inconvenient? Plus good luck having a judge rule that the governors express powers is actionable. It’s a political question the courts won’t touch with a ten foot pole.

I don’t believe that is against the law and I’m pretty darned sure it’s not grounds for a lawsuit. Otherwise, we’d all be able to sue half the people we come into contact with - especially if we’re idiots.

So just like the lady suing McDonalds because (she claims) their advertisement made her break her vow for Lent... Apparently these 'rats think they can sue the Governor because "he made me do it!"
Gosh, I haven't heard that since my kids got older than about 10 years. Childish, stupid, and if you want to talk about embarrassing - look no further than your own actions 'rats.

In my firm opinion, they caused “anxiety, distress, and embarrassment” to themselves by being infantile morons pissing all over their oaths of office. Any judge above a Dim halfwit would probably laugh themselves silly at this frivolous childish counter-lawsuit.

When a child displays “anxiety,” “distress,” and “embarrassment”...you give them a pacifier. I suggest the same be done the these fussy liberal democrats.
