Regardless...It is now August 2021. Walker needs to announce yesterday if he's running. Getting awfully late in the game to still be waffling on whether or not to run - he needs to start raising a ton of cash very soon. He's left the door open for "other candidates" to supplant him and doesn't act like his heart is in it. He's letting the air out of his own balloon.
