In a move that is likely to get noticed by politicians at Seattle City Hall, Sheriff Mitzi Johanknecht has informed her professional staffers who work at the sheriff's headquarters to work from home because of unsafe conditions in and around the King County courthouse.

The order was delivered in a memo to all sheriff personnel on Tuesday, and takes effect immediately.

Last week, a court employee was sexually assaulted by a homeless man say prosecutors in a women’s bathroom not far from the sheriff’s headquarters in the building....

For years, courthouse personnel have complained of random attacks surrounding the courthouse and accused city leaders of not doing enough to protect those entering and leaving the courthouse....

"“Effective immediately, due to the unsafe environment around the courthouse, administration, parking garage, and corrections facilities, and concerns from labor unions, we are returning to 100 percent remote telework for professional staff members who do not routinely interact with the public,"//// "

Now that's pretty bad when the cops and courts don't feel safe enough to come to work.

The M’s CEO who was fired Kevin Mathers. He was let go due his “derogatory remarks” but in the video, he actually stated that it is UNSAFE in downtown, and that their young prized player Jared kelenic will not re-sign a few years down the road due to the city. antifa and blm are the rulers of the city just like Portland..

They work for the Sheriff, get sexually assaulted, and don’t shoot the perp on sight?

As a former Seattle-ite, the immediate area around the Courthouse and the surrounding Pioneer Square homeless/druggie safe haven, are a sh*thole and was dangerous to be in years ago.

Can only imagine, what with the exploding and ignored homeless problem infesting downtown Seattle, how much worse it is.

And right across from the Courthouse is a homeless hourly motel and Homeless/Druggie Fight Club.

But as long as the Democrat/RINO politicians and bureaucrats continue to ignore the problem, and the Union keeps voting (D) or (S), well, you get more of what you vote for, Seattle.

You probably know that the Courthouse is the “address” for homeless folks that is used for “voting”....

That is part of how the Democrats in Seattle rig elections.

I left Seattle 14 years ago. I say I miss it, but what I really miss is the memory of what it used to be. Selective memories. Because even 14 years ago downtown reeked of urine and the homeless population was everywhere, needles in the alleys. But it used to be nice. Or that’s what my selective memory tells me.

Whoever actually wrote this should have credited Yoda for sentence construction.. Or, "Whoever should have credited for sentence construction Yoda actually wrote this."

It was nice back back in the 1960’s, when a completely different class of people inhabited it. It’s completely different now because the people living there are completely different…pretty much universally inhabited by demons, or so it seems. I left nearly 20 years ago and now don’t even bother to return to visit friends and family. It’s a Hellhole that any normal people still stuck in would be well advised to run away from at all costs.

That’s an unusual location to hold a press conference.
