The Biden administration is taking the first steps toward requiring nearly all foreign visitors to the U.S. to be vaccinated for the coronavirus, a White House official says.
The requirement would come as part of the administration’s phased approach to easing travel restrictions for foreign citizens to the country.
No timeline has yet been determined, as interagency working groups study how and when to safely move toward resuming normal travel.
Eventually, all foreign citizens entering the country, with some limited exceptions, are expected to need to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter the U.S.
Reuters reports the White House has spoken with airlines about how it would implement a policy of requiring vaccines for foreign visitors.
According to CNN, the Biden administration came close to lifting some foreign travel restrictions prior to the surge of the delta variant.

What an insane contradictory policy when we allow thousands to pour in through the southern border who have not only CV19, but all manner of other contagions.
The Joe Stolen/”Que mala” Harris regime continues to wander in their own private fever swamp, unable to muster any common sense and make at least an attempt to regain control of any number of ills, that by their neglect, have loosed upon this nation, in a vain attempt to “fundamentally transform” this nation into something it never was.
Trying to reason with these people is an exercise in futility, as they cannot imagine a framework outside which they are now working (or simply sitting idly by). This is not governance, this is almost total abdication of all the duties to guide the nation wisely and well. But they figure, they have such a lock on the next election, they will become so established they can never be displaced.
How about for illegal invaders pouring over the southern border?

I believe that the US government doesn’t even KNOW the names, much LESS the locations, of the people who have arrived so far!!
are the illegals crossing into Texas going to have to get the jab in Mexico first or will we do it when we transport them to red states?
