The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is aiming to grant full approval of the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine by Labor Day or sooner, according to a new report.
Citing people involved in the effort, the New York Times reported late Tuesday that the FDA was speeding up its approval process as the country faces a new wave of infections from the more highly contagious delta variant.
The FDA now has an unofficial target date of early September, the Times reported. Previous speculation for full approval had ranged from early fall to next January.

Meanwhile, as I mentioned in my Comment #100, I chose to wait until J & J vaccine was reapproved because Johnson & Johnson vaccine uses the more traditional virus-based technology, which has a known history. I hope the new Novavax vaccine will be approved soon since it has been tested later than the others when the Delta variant was becoming common. It seems the results were good with Delta.
Thank you very much for your interesting posts. It appears that we are about the same age and some time ago I have made up my mind that I was not about to take any of these controversial vaccines and take a chance and shorten of what ever little time I have left on this planet which by the way is getting crazier by the day. Instead I choose to to cast my lot with the items I have posted many times, here is an abbreviated line up and suggested approximate dosage for each.
Vitamin D 1500 IU
Malatonine 3mg to 6mg suggested about one hour before you go to sleep.
QUERCETIN 500 mg to 1000 mg
NAC 500 mg to 1000 mg
Zinc 50 mg
Vitamin C 1500 mg or MORE !! but always should be to two three times as much as NAC
Vitamin B complex
Along with it, what I have done for many years whenever one of these viruses made heir rounds I take about 400 mg of BHT dissolved in oil per day.
For the ones not familiar with BHT is that it will disable most lipid covered viruses including the Herpes and Shingle viruses, matter of fact almost 30 years ago a patent was taken out # US4350707 on it for its virus deactivating abilities, since then the patent has expired and of course drug companies won’t touch it as no money can be made from it.
Surprisingly enough BHT is still available at Amazon and if you happen to be interested enough you may want to read some of the consumers commentaries who have been using it with remarkable results. I got to know BHT and became familiar with it give or take thirty years ago when it was described in the book “Life Extension” by Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw as a way to combat herpes, and in most cases it works like a charm.
Of course once you have herpes it always will stay with you, but BHT can keep it in remission more often than not for taking BHT only for several days, in amounts of 400mg to 500mg.

And per your next comment never any long-term studies examining what nutrients sick or marginally healthy people might be deficient in, and then providing appropriate supplements to see how quickly and cheaply they might become well again. My theory is that if such measures were followed regularly we could have medicare for all at the current price. When Dr. Zelenko came up with his successful treatment for early Covid early last Feb. and March, the medicine cost was only $20 a treatment for the zinc sulfate, HCQ, and Azithromycin and almost NO hospitalization costs. By the time Fauci or Mark Meadows, or whoever stopped mentioning the critical virus stopper zinc in their big talk about HCQ, and Fauci had promoted a trial for hospitalized patients using ONLY HCQ and Zinc, it turned out he was promoting Remdesivir which was only going to cost insurance companies about $3,000 per course of treatment. It was not very successful, but I imagine we the taxpayers paid for it. In addition Fauci last spring answered that he did not think VItamin C and D would be useful. Finally in November he said they MIGHT be useful. By this time there was a study showing that 80% of black men in Covid critical care were deficient in Vitamin D. Other studies have shown that Vitamin D is a factor in the cases of blood clotting disorders resulting from Covid.

Dr. Birx said she felt like there was something going on in the White House that she was being excluded from. Was it the effort to sidetrack Dr. Zelenko’s early treatment including the use of zinc so Dr. Fauci could push high priced Remdesivir? On 3/23/20, Dr. Z sent carbon copies of his treatment to Trump and Chief of Staff, Mark Meadows. Talk of virus killer zinc was quickly dropped, as Fauci announced NIH would do a study of ONLY HCQ and Azithromycin on the already hospitalized. About 6 months Gov. Cuomo was complaining on Steven Cobert’s show that Mark Meadows kept bugging him to do HCQ studies in NY hospitals. I wonder if zinc was ever mentioned to the Gov?

Agree. Was in generics for 14 years and knew what we needed to do re clinicals and validation batches just for a topical cream. I’ve been talking until I’m blue in the face about development, the clinical trial process, ongoing monitoring, etc. No one wants to listen.
Sanofi has two vaccines in trials now. The More traditional development option is expected to be approved for EUA in q4. That’s the one I am watching. They have a history in vaccines that goes back to 1800s. They have an mRNA one that is still early in development but they are looking at that technology more for oncology.
