Dominion, Maricopa County Refuse To Comply With State Senate Subpoenas In Arizona Audit

Maricopa County and Dominion Voting Systems have both refused to comply with a subpoena from the GOP-controlled Arizona state Senate demanding that representatives from the county and the company produce materials as part of its audit of the 2020 presidential election.

The Arizona Republic reported that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors responded to the subpoena with a letter stating they have already provided much of what has been asked of them in subpoenas filed at the beginning of this year and late last year.

They also stated that some of the materials that have been requested are in the custody of the recorder's office, which was not named in the subpoena, according to the Republic.

"Specifically, providing these routers puts sensitive, confidential data belonging to Maricopa County citizens — including Social Security numbers and protected health information — at risk," Thomas Liddy, civil division chief for the county attorney's office, wrote.

"Further, the Maricopa County Sheriff has explained that the production of the routers would render MCSO internal law enforcement communication infrastructure extremely vulnerable to hackers," Liddy added.

LOL. IT’s so cute how you completely ignore history and reality and continue to cling to your fairy tales.

It's also cute how you ignore the fact that events don't always turn out the same as in the past. But I get that being a pessimistic and cynical person is easier than doggedly fighting for a different outcome, even if it doesn't perfectly meet our personal times and childish expectations. Then again, maybe that's not so cute. See my tagline.

We’ll see how hacking and obstruction of justice go over once they actually get in a courtroom. That is going to be a much more powerful strategy than any data these systems may produce.

Sorry bud. I live in the real world. Nothing of any import whatsoever is going to happen to any of the parties who are actually guilty. Still waiting for a single person to pay for Ruby Ridge, or Whitewater. We’ve seen this movie before. Maybe you can find a few suckers here that haven’t watched episide 1-40 of this series who will get all excited at the prospects of some actual ‘justice’ being served. I don’t you’ll find them among long-time freepers unless they are using long-term fed accounts

...so it looks like Republicans stole the AZ election on behalf of the Democrats...

I suspect these are McCain style Republicans, who would rather F*** the nation than allow Trump to win.

Don't mind that negative crap - that's what allowed RINOs to run free in the first place. There's a Bible verse I can't place but it basically said "You're never wrong doing what's right." And I don't recall ANY verse saying "Oh Pooh, what's the use? Just bend over and take it."
