Maricopa County and Dominion Voting Systems have both refused to comply with a subpoena from the GOP-controlled Arizona state Senate demanding that representatives from the county and the company produce materials as part of its audit of the 2020 presidential election.
The Arizona Republic reported that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors responded to the subpoena with a letter stating they have already provided much of what has been asked of them in subpoenas filed at the beginning of this year and late last year.
They also stated that some of the materials that have been requested are in the custody of the recorder's office, which was not named in the subpoena, according to the Republic.
"Specifically, providing these routers puts sensitive, confidential data belonging to Maricopa County citizens — including Social Security numbers and protected health information — at risk," Thomas Liddy, civil division chief for the county attorney's office, wrote.
"Further, the Maricopa County Sheriff has explained that the production of the routers would render MCSO internal law enforcement communication infrastructure extremely vulnerable to hackers," Liddy added.

No enforcement because there are at least 2 communist collaborators who call themselves Republican in the AZ Senate that block all attempts to enforce the subpoenas.
Not to mention the Biden DOJ. The levels of lawsuits before this gets resolved will be incredible.
I'd pay to watch that. Start at the top and work your way down until you find a bureaucrat who will comply and provide the info.

Anyone can refuse anything. The question now is what will be done about it. If nothing nis done then it will continue to happen.
Our entire way of life based on our Constitution can only work if people follow the law. If they refuse and there are no consequences then 2 things may happen. Society falls apart or citizens themselves become the instruments of law enforcement and we will see an explosion of Paul Kersey types who will enforce the law themselves.
‘Incredible’ is the lack of action on the part of AZ citizenry...
And, I think, the Governor, himself, was in on it.
Government-sanctioned election fraud — the Democrat’s precious “Democracy”.
And this goes all the way to all three branches of the FeralGoverment™.
The only one in D.C. who wasn't involved was of course President Trump.
If law enforcement and personal health invitation is in those servers, then the election data was not secure.
And that's why THEY threw the 1/6 protestors in a modern day dungeon, and have left them there. They are voiceless, not even DJT will mention their names. That will chill the soul of most. Maybe if YOUNG people grow tired of the ruling class, but frankly I see nothing that suggests it.
Abs this sheriff, he was elected using this equipment? Thanks to President Trump for exposing so much of America’s corruption. The sheriff is likely another beneficiary of dominion fraud.
Of course they aren’t and NO judge or SCOTUS will make them. Disgusting. If it was us then we would be refusing to comply from jail. They will do this and they can complain that it was a incomplete audit so it don’t mean anything.
...so it looks like Republicans stole the AZ election on behalf of the Democrats...
Here’s an idea: Why don’t we wait to see what actually happens instead of rushing to predict failure? I know it’s a radical concept here, but hey...
