For those that don’t know - this is a pimple on the tip of the iceberg. This one is in Kent. There have been *hundreds* of the same sort if thing in both Seattle and Tacoma.

It reminds me of a similar incident some years ago that occured near where i live.
A 26 year old guy was throwing rocks off a bridge onto the highway below.
Another guy, a vietnam veteran, stopped it and held the rock thrower for the police. He remarked, “At age 21 i was serving my country in vietnam. At age 26, this guy is throwing rocks off a bridge.”
