I agree. I got no time for Judge Nap, and I don’t mind seeing him fired. On the other hand, how do we know the dude is telling the truth? He might just be looking for a big payday. Aren’t we almost at the point, that if it’s not on video, it didn’t happen? Did Nap say he prefers women, or men? Who knows?

I knew the Judge acted queer.

I always suspected Napolitano’s sexual orientation due to two tell-tale signs:
1. He never married ( but that wasn’t the one that made me suspicious)
2. As a supposedly “conservative” judge, he sided with the gay couple who sued Jack Phillips, the Christian owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop for declining to make a wedding cake for their gay wedding.

Why? Was a crime? One can be fired without having committed a crime for which he could be charged. Just like you don’t have unrestricted free speech at your place of employment.
