Another massive lawsuit has been filed against Fox News Network, LLC. by an employee who claims that he was sexually harassed by some of the big names at Fox News.
John Fawcett, 27, who’s a production assistant at the network claims that he was harassed by Judge Andrew Napolitano, and makes other claims against former Trump adviser Larry Kudrow.
The suit goes on to say that Fox News executives were made aware of the treatment, and did nothing about it. If this holds true, it’s extremely alarming.
Lou Dobbs, who the plaintiff was working for went to bat for him about the behavior of Judge Napolitano. Could this have been the reason that Lou Dobbs was let from from Fox Business after having the highest rated show on the network?
Dobbs as you can see from the statement below, when to Fox News Executive Vice President Kevin Lord about his staffers treatment and nothing was done about it according to the complaint.
The lawsuit goes on to allege that the actions of the Judge Napolitano have been happening for years. Citing multiple occasions in the past for this type of conduct.
The lawsuit also alleges that Fox News CEO Suzanne Scott is constantly protecting those in the work place that are men. The Complaint drives home the fact that Executive VP Kevin Lord as well as Jay Wallace were aware of Napolitano’s alleged behavior of sexual harassment.
You can read the full complaint below.

I might have thought that Napolitano could have done this, but Larry Kudrow? Outrageous claims demand outrageous proofs.
Napolitano always seemed to be light in the loafers but I detested him for his ideas, not that. Kudlow just never came across as smart as I thought he ought to be given the position he held, but his “offenses” seem to be more oafish than discriminatory.
We’re getting to the “meaning of the word ‘is’” type of minutia here. It might mean something if someone said “I don’t want a black guy on my show” but something quite different if he said “I don’t want that black guy on my show”. (Where “that black guy” is a substitute for a persons name like we all say when we can’t remember it).
Of course a few letters are more than enough reason for the left to ruin a persons career and life, just ask anyone who added or deleted an “s” from the pronoun “he”.
The claims made against Kudlow were apparently not of a sexual nature.
If Fox News reprimanded or fired a fag for making moves of their associated prey, how much blood would the leftists demand ?
Exactly
I still don’t believe it. There should be video and audio to back this up. If I was getting that kind of harassment, at some point I would start recording, surreptitiously or not.
Last week on Gutfeld Jesse Watters commented, out loud, that Biden won because of fraud. I wouldn't be surprised if he's not fired or suddenly "on vacation" too now.
I'm sure, with all these audits happening, the anti-Trump, Tucker/Ryan/Fox cabal, is getting real nervous about their roll in the election fraud.
Not only with their election night deafening silence on the obvious, but also, while voters were still waiting in line to vote, and the polls still open, publicly calling Arizona a win for Biden.
What is gender based conduct? Studying Spanish nouns?
#2 Larry Kudrow wears pink shirts and has slicked back hair.... just saying : )
If I ever told my boss, it was much later and when I could laugh about it. It was handled clearly and in the moment.
Even assuming everything in that pleading paragraph were true, the plaintiff clearly doesn’t have standing to seek redress for any of them.
The other day there was a story on the sexual harassment charges that were made against NBC anchor Matt Lauer a few years ago. This was apparently so well known and tolerated in the organization that people - well-known names - were making vulgar references to it on-stage during a Friar’s Club roast of Lauer. Double standards, again.
Unwanted gender-based conduct? That description fits men pretending to be women in girl’s locker rooms, doesn’t it?
I guess it depends on who is the ‘want-er’ and who is the ‘want-ee’....................
