Do the COVID Vaccines Work or Not?
American Thinker. com ^ | August 2, 2021 | Brian C. Joondeph M.D

We are a year and half into the world’s nightmare of COVID-19, also known as the Chinese coronavirus, based on where this demon virus originated and spread from, either intentionally or inadvertently.

We have been told to not wear masks, then wear one mask, then two masks, then no masks indoors. Now we are back to indoor masking and soon outdoor masking, too.

The same “experts” told us that the vaccines were safe and effective, the pathway out of this nightmare. If we were vaccinated we no longer had to wear a mask, at least as of last May, according to the CDC. Two months later they reversed course, recommending mask wearing indoors even if fully vaccinated.

Celebrities, from Pele to Dolly Parton, are endorsing the vaccines, showing photos of themselves getting jabbed. Yet despite half of American adults being fully vaccinated, cases are rising, as this CNN headline screams.

Do the vaccines work or not? Depending on the day and pronouncement, it is hard to know.

First, the COVID “vaccines” are not true vaccines based on the definitions of vaccine. Rather than the “vaccine” containing attenuated virus, it is a strand of messenger RNA, based on genetic code provided by China and serving as the basis for these novel “vaccines” which cause the body to create spike protein which in turn supposedly generates an immune response in the vaccinated to supposedly provide short or long term immunity. How long that immunity lasts is anyone’s guess.

Natural immunity is your best bet.
The Delta variant, which is highly contagious but not very fatal, is a wonderful way to reach herd immunity.
The vaccines are stupid.

based on genetic code provided by China

Wait...what?

We didn’t do our own sequencing? Are we freakin nuts?

which in turn supposedly generates an immune response

It generates an immune response, the same entibodies as someone who has had COVID. Measuring just IgG is certainly not the full measurement of immunity. For another view we can look at the rate of infection among vaccinated, 0.1% in Mass. Probably similar nationwide looking at the latest CDC numbers. That's pretty darn good even considering the shorter amount of time, compared to the unvaxed case rate of 10%.

The vaccines are stupid.

No they are not. The vaccines will probably keep me from getting a Columbia or Brazil variants. Then I can get Delta like everyone else and the immunity boost from that.

If the tests were unable to distinguish between flu and covid, what makes anyone believe that any “new” test can distinguish between the old covid and the new (insert greek letter here)?

I agree - there’s been something going around in our area lately and it’s possible it’s the Delta - presents as stomach issues and lousy feeling for about a week among most (and most I know of have been jabbed).

I refuse the jabs, and I’ve been on prophylactic Ivermectin, Zinc, Quercetin, D3, Quinine, C, for about 8 months and started feeling a bit queasy yesterday morning (and felt like napping during the day) - it was 2 days before the next Ivermectin was due so I took one and doubled up on the other supplements-had a pretty healthy headache and slight nasal congestion but no fever - 2 Aleve managed the headache.
Woke up this morning feeling like a cold was about to take hold and did a second dose of Ivermectin and the supplements, and swabbed with a Zi-Cam nasal swab. It’s been about 90 minutes and I’m starting to feel better now - almost good enough to do the morning walk at the Mall.
It’s possible it’s nothing but I don’t fear the bug, even at 69...I like my odds with the routines better than with the jab.

Do the vaccines work?
Let’s see now, simple logic applies..
Covid has been around for decades (the word)..
Hell, I just saw an old law and order episode from the mid ‘90’s, and they were talking about covid.
Covid is the flu...
This particular strain is nasty, but it is the flu.
Flu vaccines work on last years strain, not the current strain, which is why I never got a “flu” shot.

The current vaccine will probably protect you somewhat, from the strain that broke out in late 2019.

The “vaccines” are working. They are a cure for Wuhan flu hysteria, not a vaccine for the flu. Hysteria sufferers who get the vaccine overcome their hysteria and drop their precautions thus get the flu and help reach herd immunity. The success of the vaccinations is measured by the number of vaccinated who get the flu.

Do the COVID Vaccines Work or Not?

At this point, if someone has to ask that question, they have not been paying attention.

I'm not pro-Fauci nor am I anti-vax, but let's dispense with this silly interpretation. "Vaccine" does not mean that what we're injected with is a dead or attenuated virus. A vaccine is something that stimulates an immune response to something that's NOT the real disease. This is done to help the body's immune system should it encounter that pathogen in the future.

You can question whether or not mRNA technology is useful, safe, of effective as other vaccine techniques, but stop implying that it doesn't meet the definition of a vaccine.

Well that depends on your definition of “ works”. It seems to work well on depopulation.

Natural immunity is best.

It just has a risk of killing you or leaving your lungs so messed up you are on disability.

The jab has risks too, fertility problems, heart etc, but may protect you from some symptoms.

Choose your risk management style

“The Delta variant, which is highly contagious but not very fatal...”

There seems to be some preliminary data that it might be quite fatal for the vaccinated, which was predicted by the animal studies of SARS vaccines years back, which saw vaccinated animals having deadly reactions on subsequent exposure to the live virus after vaccination. Too little data yet to be sure though.

I’m confused...before the so called vax...people advocating herd immunity were quacks.
Now immunity via an experimental shot is a good thing?

I still did not see an answer to the question: What is the clear benefit of the vaccine?

I have not seen it in this article or the many other articles posted or published.

We still don’t know the truth.
