How bad are things for Joe Biden? So bad that even The New York Times is getting restless.
“Democrats scramble to save the federal eviction freeze as frustration with Biden mounts,” declared a Friday headline. The article said Biden waited until Thursday to ask Congress to act by Saturday, when the freeze expires, a move the Times said “took Democratic leadership by surprise.”
Here’s a question for the Gray Lady and Dems: What took you so long?
It’s difficult to find many Americans who aren’t frustrated with Biden. A solid majority, 55 percent, told pollsters from ABC News they are pessimistic about the direction of the country in the next 12 months, with only 45 percent saying they are optimistic. The survey represented a dramatic swing of 20 points since May, when two-thirds said they were optimistic.
The findings are stunning given that much of the media, especially the Times, has treated Biden with kid gloves for the first six months of his presidency. But the protection racket can’t hide what people see with their own eyes.
The inflation tax at the checkout line and gas station is inescapable, as is the two-year crime and murder surge around the nation.
On those two bedrock issues and so many others, the White House seems either incompetent or impotent.

FIRST???????
Sleepy Joe isn’t failing his “first” crisis. His theft of the election IS the crisis. Hopefully the damage can be peacefully undone but I suspect it won’t be very peaceful.
Not just incompetent.
White House is COMPLICIT
Again, misinformation.
“Joe Biden” is not failing anything. He’s not “banning this”. He’s not “considering that”. He’s not “announcing” whatever. He’s not “threatening to do” something.
The Executive Branch is being run by unknown figures who do not live in or work at the White House.
And finding out who they are is somewhat important.
I keep reading on the blog sites “How wonderful Joe Biden is” and the media covers for him saying things are getting better. When in fact things are getting worse. Even the hard core LW friends I have never say anything about Biden, but they still whine about Trump which means they have nothing nice to say about Joe
So a conclusion can be drawn........
Losing is winning
It says:
"**** BIDEN"
"**** YOU for voting for him"
Can't say I condone that sort of language where kids can see it, etc, but OTOH it rings true.
They know who they are. They got what they voted for, all... let's say 40 million of them.
Earpiece.
Here are the facts. The eviction ban impacts African Americans the worse, and Joe isn’t interested in helping them whatsoever. He is interested in the Rich White Democrats who own those homes and need to get that income restored. Meanwhile, African American lawmakers are protesting.

Nobody would build and maintain apartments, if they were not getting paid.
Ban on evictions is basically leading to housing shortages and ultimately to Soviet style housing catastrophe.
Time to terminate it! Now!
White House also DOESN’T GIVE A DAMN.
I think the SC wants nothing to do with the whole mess, and it is a mess. Houses and apartment buildings are on the verge of foreclosures, millions of job openings can’t be filled because of the ban and the extra UE benefits that keep flowing out, inflation due to bad calls by the Biden administration printing so much money, etc. SC doesn’t want history to tie them to this if it collapses
Yep just look at Biles...courage in quitting.
“ Joe isn’t interested in helping them whatsoever”
Joe is only interested in what they put on his oatmeal in the morning, if that.
The Executive Branch is being run by unknown figures who do not live in or work at the White House.

The Executive is being run by a coterie of unknown radicals. Biden just does whatever he’s told.
I think the SC wants nothing to do with the whole mess, and it is a mess.
**********
I can understand the SC wanting the political system to address messes of its own making. But Democrat radicalism is leading us into a national disaster that is threatening the viability of the republic. The SC needs to start drawing firm lines to halt the damage before the whole system fails.
Is the date of the eviction notice a surprise? And just when, pray tell, would evictions be perfectly timed?
He believes Kamala will be replaced for failure to perform.
That's as far as he went, but that obviously sets the stage for some more reliable puppet to follow Joe as the 25th is invoked.
