In a move suggesting a further escalation of politically motivated media censorship, YouTube has reportedly suspended one of U.S. President Joe Biden’s biggest critics: Sky News.
“YouTube has reportedly temporarily banned Sky News Australia from posting,” DiscloseTV reported. “The TV network, which usually uploads dozens of videos per day, hasn’t uploaded anything for more than 2 days.”
...
Known as the “Fox News of Australia,” the network’s commentators have frequently criticized Biden, lockdowns and vaccines. Sky News is a ‘sister network’ with Fox News due its historic affiliation with Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation, and thereafter the Murdoch family’s 21st Century Fox.
The American media may be pulling their punches when it comes to going after Biden, but the Australian media outlet obviously feels no compunction against giving the current U.S. president a verbal takedown.
Alan Jones of Sky News recently made an extended comment about Biden’s lack of mental acuity following a CNN town hall. Jones dissected the president’s embarrassing responses.

What's interesting is that this is another Murdoch owned network. Down under, it's great for ratings to show that Pretender POTUS is a doddering idiot. Yet, here sister network FOX pulls its punches of the illegitimate Biden Regime lest it undermine its legitimacy. An idiot president is great for ratings...abroad.

Unless this is the wrong Sky News, here is Sky News.

You mean here was Sky News. It's three days old, and the report above is that UT banned Sky News from uploading more content. Did they have a particularly damning story that got censored, or was this done in anticipation of AZ audit results being released?

I watch Sky Australia often. They really trash Biden often, and last time I looked, they are still on YouTube.
You cant really affect a cable/satellite company in Australia by banning them from YouTube anyway.

This one is 1 day old and there are plenty more like that.
https://youtu.be/7gmoRvGOLOI The post is from 9 News Australia, and is not about Biden's dementia. It is part of the Nine Entertainment Co., not Sky News, and it is owned by the Packer family, not the Murdoch family. As surprising as this is to you, Murdoch doesn't own all of the media companies in the world, nor in Australia. You have not disproved the main point here: Murdoch's Sky News reports on Biden differently in Australia than his Fox News does in the U.S., AND the harsher Aussie coverage has been banned on YT.
The Guardian now reports SkyNews has been banned from YT over its Covid reports, not Biden's dementia:
Sky News Australia banned from YouTube for seven days over Covid misinformation https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nine_Entertainment

It has simply amazed me that the Internet monopolies have been permitted to remain intact for so long. How hard is it really to create rival sites? Big Tech's political censorship will be it's downfall.

How hard is it really to create rival sites? For many people, it's about monetization and google, who owns youtube, has the market cornered for internet advertising. They account for 80-90% of all web advertising. Google is a monopoly and need to be broken up. Some people think google is a creation of the CIA. Google is owned by Alphabet Inc. Is that irony? Alphabet agencies(CIA/NSA/FBI), Alphabet Inc?
No, you can't simply create a rival to a monopoly that took decades to build.
Google headquarters
Just one of their data centers

Right, but the things that sustain the monopoly have been permitted to remain unchanged by government inaction. The E.U. has been more effective in limiting Big Tech than the U.S. That has been done largely through privacy laws, i.e., limiting tracking cookies, keeping and selling private information, etc. In comparison, U.S. privacy laws are almost nonexistent.
