Cori Bush, D-Mo., Jimmy Gomez, D-Calif., Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., and Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y., signed on to the letter, seen first by ABC News, urging the administration, which has said its hands are tied by a June Supreme Court ruling, to act....

You would think they would be trying to get more jobs for the unemployed, not keeping them on welfare, unemployment food stamps. This speaks volumes of how much they really hate their constituents

Just print up another six trillion and buy all the rental properties from the owners. Then they can “act” any way they want.
I don’t know of any nurses or physicians getting hazard pay or their school loans forgiven.

My guess is that this is the First Salvo in the creation of a Socialist/Communist Style Housing economy in which Federal, State, and Local governments set such strict limits and controls on Rental Housing ... The only act he should take is assisting landlords in evicting deadbeat tenants. One of my tenants owes me $36K, and I wish I could have just burned the house down 18 months ago,
That is one reason I always stayed away from owning rental property.
The rewards are there for sure, but the risks outweighed them in my view.
