The Biden Pentagon announced late Thursday it is now requiring that service members divulge whether they have been vaccinated or not, or else submit to regular coronavirus testing and travel restrictions.
Deputy Pentagon Press Secretary Jamal Brown said in a statement:
The Department of Defense is moving quickly to meet President Biden’s commitment to defeat COVID-19, and that includes being able to ensure every member of our civilian and military workforce is protected.
In accordance with the guidance the President issued today, all military and civilian DoD personnel will be asked to attest to their vaccination status. Personnel unable or unwilling to do that will be required to wear a mask, physically distance, comply with a regular testing requirement and be subject to official travel restrictions.

The government owns them. They can’t claim any protection.
If the vaccines create super spreaders and do not really help the vaccinated, why in the world are they being forced on people?
CNN, especially, is talking out of both sides of its mouth.

So, military units will not be deployable since a significant portion of their members will be unvaccinated And the military cannot require experimental vaccines
What if we were to quarantine the vaccinated in order to stop the spread?
Makes about as much sense as any other mitigation strategy that has come from our gubmint....

Commonly referred to as the Military Command Exception, covered entities such as military treatment facilities may disclose the PHI of Armed Forces personnel to Command authorities for authorized activities.
These activities include fitness for duty determinations, fitness to perform a particular assignment, or other activities necessary for the military mission. PHI disclosed to military command authorities, while no longer subject to HIPAA, remains protected under the Privacy Act of 1974.
Obviously our military is not prepared for a biological warfare.
Why should China fire a single shot when they can get our own military to do it for them???
No you can refuse the jab and get out with a general and with full benes.
Those laws are for use when the government needs them, and are to be ignored when required.
HIPPA doesn’t prevent anyone from asking anything.
