The worst moment of Joseph R. Biden’s life — the 1972 car crash that killed his wife and baby daughter — has drawn renewed attention over a falsehood that the former vice president repeated for years: that the other driver was drunk.
From 2001-07, Mr. Biden indicated at least twice that the tractor-trailer driver who hit his wife’s car had been drinking, even though the state official who oversaw the investigation and the driver’s daughter said that wasn’t true.
During the 2008 presidential campaign, Pamela Hamill, the daughter of driver Curtis C. Dunn, called on Mr. Biden to apologize publicly after he told a crowd that her father “drank his lunch” before the accident, according to a 2008 article in the Newark [Delaware] Post.
“A tractor-trailer, a guy who allegedly — and I never pursued it — drank his lunch instead of eating his lunch, broadsided my family and killed my wife instantly and killed my daughter instantly and hospitalized my two sons,” Mr. Biden said in 2007.
In a 2001 speech at the University of Delaware, he referred to an “errant driver who stopped to drink instead of drive” and “hit my children and my wife and killed them,” according to a 2008 report in NewsBusters, citing a 2001 “Inside Edition” report.
Mr. Biden apparently stopped making the claim after a burst of media attention.
In a January article in Politico, Ms. Hamill said that Mr. Biden called her to apologize following a 2009 CBS report on the discrepancy.
“He apologized for hurting my family in any way,” she said. “So we accepted that — and kind of end of story from there.”

One has to wonder whether his wife was drunk when she drove into the side of a truck, killing herself and her daughter, and injuring her two sons. The fact that Biden even mentioned his first wife being "diseased," tells you all was not right in that family. The accident occurred not long after Biden won his first Senate term, so who knows what connections he had to squelch the possibility that she had been drinking. Biden spent many years falsely blaming the truck driver for the accident, claiming he had been drunk. Wouldn't surprise me if it was the wife who was the one who had been drunk, but Biden blamed the truck driver to take any suspicion off his wife having been at fault.
Biden is a liar and will be allowed to get away with any lie he tells by their media.

Joe used to sit on the running board of his 18 wheeler that he used to haul the coal he mined after marching for civil rights. Joe had just been released from visiting Nelson Mandela. The little native kids used to bounce on his lap and rub the sweaty hair on his legs as he contemplated how awesome it was he graduated from law school at the top of his class going all through law school on a scholarship. While Joe wondered how he was the first in his family to go to college after his father worked in the mine and then come home from work and play football with his children just like Neil Kennicot, Some where there is a unicorn Joe saw.
And a grateful nation is so fortunate to have him. *sniffle* And to think he even tamed that bad dude, Corn Pop, with the wit and wisdom his father imparted when he sagely told Joe that the two embracing men “simply loved each other”.
“The text message Joe sent Hunter that was uncovered from his laptop said: “You’ve always made me proud you got the disease from mommy and me...”
Why would he be proud of giving his son a disease of any kind, let alone alcoholism? Maybe that sentence refers to an earlier text about something else, a desire to prosper, be a success, etc.
Then again, this is Biden we are talking about.

In this case, I think, what if, maybe, she was helped into the path of that oncoming semi with a push from behind … and only the heroic actions of the driver unexpectedly prevented the total tragedy that was intended.
I think about Hunter Biden and, what if, maybe, I wonder how I would act in life if I knew what my dad did to my mom and sister and almost did to me and my brother.
Yeah, it’s pretty sick to think that any of that could have happened, but it’s even worse to think it’s possible that is what happened. 🤔 Hmmmm …
And that’s the kind of evil that has now acquired power over us/US.
