There is no factual data which proves the case that the vaccination prevents you from getting Covid, or that it prevents the severity of Covid, or that it prevents you from dying from Covid.
People may want to believe otherwise, but there’s simply not any data to make that case (on facts), at least not yet.

1 medical doctor tells the world there is no therapeutic treatment, no preventive measures but there is only one experimental yet to be proven effective and safe. No other medical doctor agrees. But the skipper of a MLB team, who allows his team to disrespect the US flag, mind you, on worldwide broadcasts, he attributes the mild symptoms to the experimental vaccine.
Does the FDA in their ongoing study of the safety and effectiveness of the experimental injection take the skippers attributions into account?
Does the skipper consult a medical doctor or tge FDA for his attribution? Or does he ask his wife? Has he consulted the players? Did he take a mob rule count?

For my entire life I've been under the impression that a vaccine prevents disease. I understood that the Polio vaccine didn't lesson Polio, or that the flu vaccine didn't reduce the sxs of the flu, and then along came this vaxx and they changed the rules, and people bought it.

I’m still trying to figure out why we are testing vaccinated, healthy people.
Why was the game postponed instead of being forfeited? All of the disease ridden were on one side. It’s not like everybody was disease ridden.
I also thought of that. I guess it’s a collective bargaining agreement where games are made up with 7 inning, double header games.

Doesn't matter. The Pokes were touted and sold to the public as a way to "get back to normal" . Even today, after it's been admitted that the Pokes don't provide protection as they promised, you can see commercials on TV and hear on radio that if one would only take the Poke, everything will go back to normal. Anyone that has spent 5 minutes in a job dealing with customers knows that if you set expectations with the public and fail to meet them, there will be backlash. And instead of issuing a mia culpa, the pro-Poke people deny that they set the expectation, and double down on further authoritarian action.
It would be a shame if the season got shortened in light of what Ohtani has been doing, he got number 37 last night.
