Howdy, Kathy.
You made it to Hump Day. Any chance for an early bedtime tonight?
Good evening, luvie...protecting the people. God Bless them.
You running on a generator? Good luck at midnight.
Amen!
Thank you for the link. As you said, it is just short of 11 minutes but if you let You Tube continue it then stretches to over an hour. ;-)
Howdy, PRO.
Still hugging your A/C like we are? LOL Ours is our best friend these days.
Oh, it does? I didn’t know that. I’ll have to go back and watch more of it because what I saw was really cool. Thanks for the heads up!
I didn’t realize he was doing a stream until a few minutes ago so just started watching.
Dang, I hoe those awesome planes don’t get damaged or destroyed, and no one gets hurt. Those storms are ugly already.
I hope not, too. The brunt of the storm isn’t until midnight, but there have already been several tornado warnings. It would be devastating if those planes or any people who came to watch them are damaged/injured!
Utility just extended the estimated time of restoration to 0200.
AAAAaaarrrrgh!
We've been in a slight cool spell recently until tomorrow when we go back into the triple digits, typical for the high desert here, so yeah, the A/C will be rockin'!
I mowed Tuesday and fertilized today to keep Robin's lawn looking good.
Gotta do some early morning shopping tomorrow and then more laziness for me, hope all is well with you.
I saw the post about people at the air show panning to ride it out at their campsites. I imagine they’re regretting that decision now, though maybe they changed their minds when they saw the intense “light show” moving in. As much as I enjoy watching lightning, THAT much is going to have me looking for someplace indoors.
Oooooo, that little cool spell sounds nice! They SAY we’ll get a break Sunday into next week and we hope they’re right. Our temps are in the mid to upper 90s til then with the heat index over 100. Needless to say our A/C is our best friend. LOL
Been laying low for the most part this week and getting the grocery shopping done at night when it’s cooler.
Yeah, Steve showed a SnapMap video of the lightning, and it’s almost non-stop. Pretty freaky. No one needs to be out in this. Besides the lightning, there could be debris blowing around like in a tornado or hurricane.
Steve’s shown several videos of the lightning and if we had that going on here, I’d be out with the camera. LOL
The storm chaser I’ve been watching IS out in it and just missed being hit by the tornado that’s produced the current warning. He’s parked in front of a house right now that has a large tree down in the yard.
That tornado missed Oshkosh by just a few miles. Very few. I hope things are ok at the airfield.
I hope they’ll be ok, too, and no one hurt nor planes damaged. I quit watching for a while. It was getting boring. I decided to watch a TV show instead. I’ll check back later to see if he’s still streaming and if there are any more tornadoes, etc.
I’m still watching in hopes he’ll mention news about the airport. Reed didn’t stream very long so there’s no news from him.
How's everyone doing this morning?
Howdy, E.G.C. ((HUGZ))
Did you and Gizmo have a good time yesterday? Enjoy your Applebee’s supper afterwards?
Well, are we going to transition from high winds to large earthquakes? LOL! Makes my head spin. Glad the earthquake was a ways from Kathy!
