Frankly, for years - including when I lived in NJ where I had a greater chance of finding the Easter Bunny than a carry permit - I argued that it'd be better for the people in "may-issue" states to continue suffering rather than expose the hard-won carry rights of citizens in the other states to a bad SCOTUS ruling.
I still believe that...yes it is criminal what happens to the good people of NY et al, but if this case gets a 5-4 Roberts turncoat opinion, all those hard-won rights in other states are in peril.
It's not worth it IMHO.
