Where in the name of common-sense, are our fears to end if we may not trust our sons, our brothers, our neighbors, our fellow-citizens? What shadow of danger can there be from men who are daily mingling with the rest of their countrymen and who participate with them in the same feelings, sentiments, habits and interests?
This is not the behavior of a right that was intended to be limited to inside the home.

It will be 6-3 or better for the 2nd Amendment. Kagan will join the majority. She may not be a roçk-solid conservative, but she knows how to read.
The Bush loyalists will be sure to kill second amendment rights. Kav and Barret are horrible swamp fiends. Roberts is the executioner of the constitution.
Why should we care what the supreme kangaroo court has to say? They are literally a joke. The supreme court does not have standing! Ha. Even if they raise their hands, we should never call on them. The states and the people need to hit the ignore button. Then when Trump gets back in he should pack he court by making every natural born American citizen a supreme court justice.
Just living in New York state, esp. NY City, is “just cause” for legally owning a gun.
All the justices in this case have to do is to look at the news/video clips of random attacks and looting/crimes in NYC, Rochester, Buffalo, etc. over the past 6 months for proof.
You must keep your well-regulated militia inside your house, and never out of doors.
The debate omits the reality that gun freedom states are writing new laws every day not only ensuring freedom but also warning the Feds not to encroach.
Oral arguments for this ought to be really interesting. DOn’t know when that is scheduled for though.
When are they hearing this case? I think even beer drinker Kavanaugh might support the 2nd amendment here.
