In the Democrat-run city of St. Louis, Missouri, you are now required to wear a mask indoors, even if you’re vaccinated.

So what the hell’s the point of getting vaccinated?

If the vaccine won’t protect me without a mask, why bother getting vaccinated?

If my life won’t return to normal after I’m vaccinated, why get vaccinated?

Here’s the gist of the story via Fox News:

St. Louis County in Missouri is mandating face masks for everyone over the age of 5 when indoors regardless of vaccination status amid the spread of the delta variant, officials announced Friday. Masks are also “strongly encouraged” for groups when outdoors.

“We’ve lost more than 500 St. Louisans to COVID-19, and if our region doesn’t work together to protect one another, we could see spikes that overwhelm our hospital and public health systems,” Dr. Fredrick Echols, acting director of health for the City of St. Louis, said Friday.

St. Louis County reported 241 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, bumping the 7-day average up to 212, which is slightly higher than the level that it was at in mid-April. The county’s average test positivity rate has risen to 9.4% over the past week, the highest it has been since late January.

Fact: nearly everyone that got covid was wearing a mask when they got it after the masks mandates went into effect- So one can reasonably assume that apparently the government wants to make sure everyone gets covid by forcing them to wear masks

We bought a 4 cylinder car shortly after Joe’s coronation because I had a feeling that fuel prices would be going up. We had to go to metro St Louis to get it and everyone was masked. It was creepy. I’m from rural MO, 80 miles S/SE of St Louis and we never had 100% of people wearing them here. There was always a few like me that wouldn’t wear them unless told to by a store. I had that happen in two stores and have never been back to those stores since.

Well the obvious thing is unvaccinated people just lie so they don’t have to wear a mask and not enough % are vaccinated, the numbers are going up, so they just have to go back to everyone wearing one until they go back down. Kind of ruins it for the whole class

Sam Page, the County Executive, essentially said at his press conference that we have to wear masks because the vaccine doesn’t work. Then he said this will only stop when more people get vaccinated. Democrat logic, right there.

Let's be clear. St Louis is not forcing anybody to do anything. Those people, no matter how much they say they disagree with it, are willingly putting the masks back on. Why, you ask? It's because they love their cushy life and want it "back to normal" more than they want freedom. A bunch of people reading this, right here on FR, are the same exact way, and have proven it.

Anyone who says to wear a mask to stop the spread of a respiratory virus automatically disqualifies themselves as a person who deserves serious consideration for any medical advice they offer ... much, much less any pleas they offer for you to get “vaccinated”.

Taking a Page out of the Progressive Handbook, our Attorney General was able to get a judge to issue a temporary restraining order overturning the mask mandate. About time we used the same strategy that they’ve used against us for years.
