Yeah they do. The French Army mutinied in WW1- twice and the Germans rolled over them in 1940.
I'd like to think my grandfather paid his dues for the French fighting in the Meuse-Argonne in 1918 and two of my uncles in the Ardennes in 1945.
Secret Service couldn’t do that here. They would all be replaced by CIA or FBI and have accidental deaths.
