My guess is that with all the anti-Americanism in the NFL today there isn’t a lot of interest in them anymore anyway.
Is it against the law to name who is threatening you?
Bttt
This doesn’t even warrant a FR posting, much less breaking news.

I think it is extremely important. This could actually happen here. All it takes is one idiot with an advantage of legal angle and application backed by the powers that be. The FR is not completely immune, no domain is.
This is a private, members only site.
Jim owns it. Including servers and content.
It is not vulnerable like a public site on hosted servers.
“There may come a point where you might want to consider making this viewable for logged in members only rather than have to make this same decision. A private organization is afforded many more legal protections than a public viewable site is.”
That would be much better than just shutting down. May be a good idea to do it now, since we do see the writing on the wall.
Until it happens here.
“He said his family was put at risk.”
Most folks don’t realize that this open records stuff allows the evil factions access to your personal location info.
I”ll bet his URL registration, innocently had his work from home address there. Even if you change that now, nothing ever is erased from the web.
I’m in Florida. Home ownership and election stuff is all public record. This is an open door for the evil entities to protest and direct more eveil at you and your family.
I am fully aware of the situation. But every private business and even personal private property are not immune from nefarious legal action that really might have a limit of affordability and annoyance to fight against.
I don’t know if you have noticed or not, but the legal system is not “just and fair” anymore. And they just make up their own unconstitutional decisions. And right now they are mad at conservatives and will do anything to silence them. Even if they have to break them financially with a legal battle.
I like the FR very much and would hate to lose it. Just sharing the reality of the fact it is a target that is not completely immune to issues especially if the government decides to join in the effort to suppress it.
As bad as your (competitors?) are, they are spurred on and supported by the almost completely unconstitutional federal government.
The Right knows they are in a fight, but has a hard time identifying who the real Enemy Entity is. I’ll tell them: the $4 trillion mostly unconstitutional Federal Government which includes the Courts and the Regulatory State, the utterly unconstitutional fourth branch of the feds.
One might say that it’s the state courts or regulations doing the COVID-19 damage. Yes, but the states are funded in large part by the bankrupt feds (go figure) and take their marching orders from the feds. Same with “Bit Tech”. Dig down deep enough, and you’ll find the feds are underwriting and supervising America’s destruction.
I am sorry the Left has managed to take your business down. But maybe you can use this as a “wake-up call” to you and others like you that your enterprise and those like yours are battlegrounds that the Right MUST help support to win this battle for America’s Soul and Future. Hopefully you’ll come back re-energized, funded, and steeled to take on these jackals.
Way past time for the Right to get serious about reinstating the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the land and dismantling the $3+ trillion unconstitutional portion of the federal government.
As a domain owner myself I have to first say that it is a very hard decision to make because of all the different factors involved. There are many pros and cons to consider and a serious sorting out of priorities.
The two main ones are with increasing legal protections for the domain and members you might also lose some potential revenue from those who do come read but never log in. And the site is no longer exposing truth to the general public anymore as it was intended to.
But at some point this trade off may become the only way to keep it available. It is only a matter of time before there is an organized effort to cause the owners here so much trouble and cost they might have to make that choice.
Some is better than none. And most here including myself would absolutely hate to see none. This new storm is coming and it is real and it is strong. Battening down the hatches before it hits very well could be the advantageous thing to do until it blows over.
It is just an option worth considering rather than losing it altogether at some point.
The “Rule of Law” that America is to be under but is ignored, is the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land. It stands against the “Rule of Man” which has prevailed in America since around 1900 and is evidenced by the zillion unconstitutional laws made to implement the tyrannical rule of man and his whims and oppression
Most of the zillion federal “laws” are unconstitutional and, thus, as Blackstone said, are no law.
Patriotic Right: wake up and do whatever it takes to dismantle the $3+ trillion unconstitutional portion of the feds and restore our Free Constitutional Republic by reinstating the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land!!!
Important legal distinction here to make.
“It is not vulnerable like a public site on hosted servers.”
It is public because it is open to the general public to view which does make it vulnerable no matter who owns it or how you serve it up.
The danger here is with open access to minors. All it takes to create a legal storm is a legal complaint from a woke parent of a minor now that “offensive content” is considered as hate crimes or “disinformation”.
Even if you don’t have to log in to see it, just a cover page click agreement that you are at least 18 to access it would be a huge legal advantage that goes a long way.
Pinging the owners to post #36
Please include #28 also.
Sorry I meant include #34
