In the halcyon days of my misspent youth, tattoos on women were a tremendous time-saver; allowing me to quickly distinguish between the possible and the probable. Smoking served a similar function; and, regarding a tattooed woman who smoked, it was simply a question of when, not if.

Excessive female tattooing is a mental illness in my opinion — an extension of the cutting phenomena.
