The city of Anaheim, California, canceled an “America First” rally to be led by Reps. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and Majorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) on Saturday, raising concerns that it is violating the First Amendment.
A city spokesman cited “values” as the reason for canceling the rally, which violates the long-established constitutional principle that the government must be content-neutral with regard to any regulations applied to speech and assembly.
“A planned America First rally at a private venue in our city is cancelled,” Mike Lyster, spokesman for the city of Anaheim said on Twitter. “The city of Anaheim shared public safety concerns with the operator, and those concerns are shared by the operator.”
“As a city we respect free speech but also have a duty to call out speech that does note reflect our city and its values,” Lyster said.
Venues in Laguna Hills and Riverside also refused to allow the rally before the Anaheim Event Center refused the rally, according to CBS Los Angeles.

So putting America first doesn’t reflect the values of the city of Anaheim. Presumably, they’d have no problem with an openly Marxist BLM rally.
Antifa and BLM are acting as the enforcers against political opponents.
“Raising First Amendment Concerns,” is a nice way of putting it.
I’d say it’s more like you don’t have a First Amendment right anymore, you have a First Amendment privileged, revocable at any time, without notice.

***Time for an anti-value rally. Find out what the city “values” and do a rally uplifting every value that is against that position. See if they cancel such a rally. You and I know they would NOT cancel it.

Wow! That is an historically un American utterance! There is no basis in law or truth over 245 years of history. He’s asserting that America is his private preserve.
That’s how I can tell you’re a constitutionalist conservative. Such statements jump out at ya.
Most commentators don’t even hardly notice how anti-American that statement is, by now it’s become ho-hum.
We have lost our republic.
Could it be that the communists have pulled out all stops to destroy our country?
Are officials of the city of Anaheim being pressured by communists (BLM Antifa), or are they doing it on their own because they hate our country?
If Lyster had respect for free speech, Lyster would not stop people from speaking.
