Captured on surveillance video waving a Donald Trump flag near the dais of the U.S. Senate Chamber on Jan. 6th, Florida man Paul Hodgkins received an 8-month prison term on Monday. Hodgkins is the first person on the U.S. Capitol breach docket to be sentenced for committing a felony, and prosecutors argued a stiff sentence was necessary to keep others from engaging in acts of “domestic terrorism.”

Has he been a political prisoner for almost 8 months? If so, give him time served

“More than a simple riot”? It was a riot? I didn’t see any rioting, other than maybe a few individuals smashing some windows. The rest of the people were in the building peacefully (loud at worst, but still peaceful), and they were not rioting In any way shape or form. So what are they basing their lie on that it was “More than a siml,simp, riot”? Why do they bet to declare things that aren’t true and not be challenged to prove their claims?
Leaving aside the Collectivists referring to the chamber as the Holy of Holies, fact is the few who entered the chamber did step over the line from stupid to lawbreaker.
Eight months reduced by time served is about right.
