(CNN)Millions of Americans are jeopardizing their health, freedom and finances by not getting vaccinated and putting themselves at risk of the most infectious coronavirus strain yet, current and former federal health officials say.
"Most people will either get vaccinated, or have been previously infected, or they will get this Delta variant," Dr. Scott Gottlieb told CBS' "Face the Nation" on Sunday.
"And for most people who get this Delta variant, it's going to be the most serious virus that they get in their lifetime in terms of the risk of putting them in the hospital," said Gottlieb, who was commissioner of the US Food and Drug Administration during the Trump administration.

Hogwash. Will they ever retract their dire warnings if it never comes to pass? No.
So what happened to “delta is more contagious but, it is much milder and resembles a summer cold virus” that they were all putting out there in the early reports?

Wait...did they disclose this conflict on CBS?

So what’s their motive? Pharmaceutical company motives is obvious, but why is CNN and the establishment so damn hell bent I to scaring everyone to get vaccinated?

So, my takeaways from this and other goings on:
1. Article starts off with the logical fallacy of "appeal to authority". Any time an argument begins in this manner, the antennae should go up, IMHO. Especially in this day and age, when said authorities have been shown to have an agenda other than people's best interest/well being in mind.
2. Implied threat in the opening argument. Appeal to fear/social conformance logical fallacies.
3. Avoidance of other conflicting sources: discussions of theraputics and their success rate, VAERS reporting, actual attributable death rates to infection, etc.
Other goings on: a commercial from the Ad Council featuring Bill Clinton, GW Bush, and Barack Obama urging people to get vaccinated. The three presidents most responsible for the state this country is currently in today.
Something is very wrong. In fact, it stinks.
This isn’t about experimental treatments. It’s about fear. Nothing more. Keep stoking it. Keep it going til next November.
They know if it goes away and then all of a sudden, next October the deadliest variant sweeps the country, it’ll be too suspicious right around early November. They’re just keeping it simmering.
Why did CNN need to use Trumps name at all.....looks like they’re hunting down ‘formers’ to further convince people they need to get the shot.

The vax deaths started piling up even quicker than they hoped maybe.
They need some plausible deniability stat, thus the fear porn
and paranoia pushing.
Or the fraud is becoming more exposed and accepted.
Or both.
More and more are smelling the daily increase of pure obvious bullsh!t.
Plus the painting of bullseye on more and more citizens backs with accusations of racism, domestic terrorism , unvaxed uncleaness while being infected with criminal illegeals and cells pouring across the boarder and the crime increasing with it.
Dr Scott Gottlieb is trying to sell a book. The narrative is approved by the narrative-approvers, so he’s on CNN hawking his wares. Or maybe the goal of his masterpiece was geared to please the approvers.
No one cares anymore.
They are sick of the regime’s obsession with fear mongering.
CNN might just as well blow the delta vermin out their asses.

That’s about 0.1 percent, which means 99.9 percent of people who had to be hospitalized were unvaccinated. Vaccinated people who test positive are hospitalized and die less frequently than unvaccinated people.
Other facts about COVID-19 are relevant, of course. People already suffering from some medical conditions are more likely to be hospitalized and die.
People who suffer obesity also are at higher risk.
People older than 60 are too.
None of us can become younger, of course. None of us can immediately correct a medical condition that puts us at higher risk.
But each of us can take the simple, effective, safe step of being vaccinated and join the ranks of those unlikely to die with COVID.

I think they have bad info on the efficacy of the vaccinations, and they’re trying to keep a lid on it. Thus, the Social Media partnering they want.

#11. As an oldster, I’m not afraid of the Lambada Variant. I fear the “Lombago Variant”, the forbidden dance of knee pains.
Seems to me that the people most threatened by the Delta variant are already vaccinated.
