French businesses that do not check people for vaccine passports, the so-called “health pass”, could face fines of up to €45,000 and a year in prison under a proposed new French law.
President Emmanuel Macron announced the draft law on Monday, extending the health pass requirement to various businesses, including restaurants, cafes, shopping centres, trains, and air travel, from August.
Under the new bill, business owners who do not check for a valid health pass could face a fine of up to €45,000 (£38,487/$53,1000) as well as a possible prison sentence of a year, French newspaper Le Figaro reports.
Touted as an effort to stop the spread of new variants of the Wuhan virus, the bill will also make it mandatory for certain workers, such as caregivers and firefighters, to be fully vaccinated by the 15th of September or face being fired if they are not vaccinated within two months.

And slowly, other “societal benefits” will be added to the health passes. Things like mandatory sexual harassment training, check your privilege acknowledgements, tax status, etc. Just like “the social security card will never be used as an identifying number”.

USA already has these in the works. Two weeks ago I got my official certified copy of my Covid-19 vaccine certificate from the CDC database. It’s an 8x11 page with a seal on it and the date of my vaccination, the manufacturer and lot number, and the location. Oh, and my home address.
I’m traveling in Europe and needed it to enter France and to stay in a hotels. It’s the first thing they ask for in Paris, even before my passport. In Austria and Hungary they did not ask for it and virtually no one wears masks.
It took me 15 calls to find out how to get it. They are available online once you find the portal. I suspect law enforcement and the Biden doorknockers have this in the laptops.
It is as you, I, and many others say: this is unconstitutional, and a government that can mandate an invasive medical procedure can rationalize any kind of mandate.
RF marker included with the jab? Sadly, there is an injection I get every 90 days at the VA that could possibly have the CV juice and marker added. 😕

Vaccine “passports” are almost meaningless, as there is NOT 100% assurance that having the entire vaccination protocol will prevent the acquisition of the disease. The random person on the street has about the same probability of dying as a result of the disease as the person who has had the vaccination, because of the unexpected and sometimes very drastic effects of the vaccination itself, which has just had a vast field test of both its efficacy and side effects.
Thanks to the millions of lab rats who have undergone the vaccination protocol, and those who remain unvaccinated.

BTW, I saw on local news yesterday that Los Angeles actually now has vaccine monitors going door to door. It made the news because of some women telling them to get off her doorstep and quit invading her privacy. The two monitors quietly slunk away. The volunteers will give up and this insanity will be dropped, unless Biteme uses the National Guard.
Just don't answer the door for anyone you don't know or expecting. Don't yell anything through the door.
