France is to make coronavirus vaccination passes compulsory for bars, cafés and restaurants, President Emmanuel Macron announced tonight.
In a dramatic TV address to the nation from Paris, Mr Macron said the spread of the Delta Covid variant meant tough new measures were essential.
He also said there would be 'compulsory vaccinations' for those working with 'fragile people,' such as the elderly and the disabled, as France moved towards 100 per cent vaccination.
Health experts fear that a fourth wave, once predicted for the autumn, has already begun in the country.
Mr Macron began his speech at 8:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday in optimistic mood, saying: 'Thanks to the exceptional commitment of our caregivers, thanks to your good citizenship, we have managed to control the epidemic and breathe again.'

I’m expecting a flood of counterfeit vaxx documents to be used as needed.
Every country is tracking the lot numbers and recipients. Including the CDC and states. I expect severe fines and penalties for forgery in the near future, with easy exposure for people that try.
No one is immune to Covid
Except the “vaccine” doesn’t make you immune. It’s not a vaccine at all.
They can stick their penalties. The people I see in CVS giving shots can't tie their shoe laces, never mind make an accurate data entry.

But the vaccine conveys no IMMUNITY, there is none.
On the other hand, a virus expert in Idaho mentioned some months back about maintaining healthy levels of D3 in your body. If I remember correctly, if you live above the 37th parallel. above southern border of Utah for example, then there is no way that your body can produce sufficient D3 from limited sunlight to keep yourself healthy for 5 winter months out of the year, and you consequently probably should be taking D3 supplements at least during that time.
Found out that relatives in north were regularly taking D3 supplements even before CV19.
Consider that it can be argued that artificial lighting urbanites effectively live above 37th parallel no matter where they live in my non-medical opinion.
The point is that much of Europe possibly has vitamin D deficiencies if people don't take D3 dietary supplements, again, in my non-medical opinion.
So Europe may be at overall greater risk for CV19.
So why isn't Macron pushing D3 dietary supplements over experimental “vaccines?” I dunno.
