Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers (D) is facing an uphill battle for reelection, according to a poll released Monday.
The survey, conducted July 6-8 by Cygnal, found 52 percent of likely voters think it’s “time for someone new,” while 45 percent said the first-term governor deserves another term. Evers defeated former Gov. Scott Walker (R) in 2018 by 1.1 percentage points.
Respondents hold a net-unfavorable view (-4) of Evers’ job performance, according to the poll of 640 likely general election voters. Those surveyed believe the state is on the wrong track more so than the country: 60 percent said Wisconsin is heading in the wrong direction, while 56 percent believe America is.

That’s what I said. And yes he was the best and no question the extra 70,000 votes helped Skelator win. Our loss and the left’s gain.
Oh yes, I said Detroit. They just ship them over to Wisconsin. It is THAT bad.
Whoever wrote this has never been to Wisconsin - the Dems are $$$$Millions into Cheeseland for Evers’ campaign.
As usual, the GOP does not have a strong candidate - so far former Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch is the Republican establishment choice. She has ZERO chance of beating Evers in 2022.
I doubt that he is in trouble. The Democrat Party does not believe that he is in trouble. If nothing else, they will voter fraud him in.
Ron Johnson has not said he won’t run for re-election as far as I know.
White liberal 'elites' benefit from voter fraud - and the black community takes the blame. I guess all those 'community centers' named after MLK must be worth it....
Evers is in office as a usurper, having “won” with a 30,000 vote dump at 3am from Milwaukee County.
Walker conceded immediately, rather than fight for us.
Sheriff David Clarke (former Milwaukee County Sheriff) is a fire-breathing conservative, who would win and kick ass and take names, IF there ever is a fair election again.
If
Kleefisch is a solid Conservative. She has an excellent chance at beating the execrable Evers.
So am I!😎
Polls are not news.............
Then there is the caravan of Chicago school buses going to Milwaukee every election cycle. I wonder why?
There is so much GOP in-fighting caused by Robin Vos that the GOP and Conservatives are almost too divided to come back together and win a general election.
Nah. Milwaukee and Madison will just vote six times per fake voter.
It was Milwaukee that had the late night dump when Walker lost.
