A World Health Organization (WHO) official said that the organization is working to develop a COVID-19 vaccine “digital wallet” and is also seeking to “increase the distribution” of an international certificate for those who’ve been vaccinated.
Dr. Michael Ryan, an Irish epidemiologist who is head of the WHO health emergencies program dealing with COVID-19, made the remarks during a daily news briefing on July 12 in Geneva.
“We have encouraged countries that want to, they may use the international certificate for vaccination and prophylaxis … that requires other countries to recognize that certificate of vaccination,” Ryan said, adding that WHO is “working to increase the distribution of the paper versions of her international certificate of vaccination prophylaxis, and also developing a digital wallet that could be used for the same purpose.”

What the WHO is saying they will add covid vax to their yellow cards. Which anyone who travels internationally for commerce to equatorial Africa or Amazonia will have a WHO yellow card as proof for the required tropical vaccinations and malaria drug use before entry into any of those countries. I had said the WHO would do this four months ago and I was right it was only a matter of time before the WHO put covid on the yellow card and a blockchain secured digital wallet too keep forgery impossible.

The means to digitally secure a ledger of distributed for all intents unforgable data is well established. If the world governments want to secure vaccination records to a bitcoin blockchain level of redundancy and security the certainly will and it will be nearly impossible to hack even for a North Korea level effort let alone some dissidents in basements scattered around the planet. Look up how blockchains work they were designed from the start to be not hackable to safe guard billions. Once the WHO and the rest of the world starts using QR codes backed up by block chains there will be no fake vax records unless one has a doctor who is willing to risk prison time to enter false records into the master block chain. I would expect China and countries like that to make such an offence a death penalty level offence. Here in the USA it will certainly be a USC code level felony with mandatory minimum sentencing proof of vaccine can also be done via independent blood titer tests via finger pricks and rapid antigen ELISA testing to.randomly and systematically check up on doctor’s entering valid data. If people think a doctor is going to risk the death penalty or decades in jail for a “friend” you are all crazy. They will.comply
Until quantum computing is a standard, blockchain is as secure as a vault. Fraud would require the manipulation of a data register on every single node in the chain simultaneously. Even in a very small blockchain, this is difficult. In a global register, it would be impossible.
