SCOTUS Says Violating the Constitution is Fine if Temporary

Fine, we can start by imprisoning SCOTUS without food or water temporarily for six months.

What is it with the double posting of paragraphs in many of your posts?
I thought I was going JoeBiden when I read that last section, like, wait, am I just repeating myself now?

It is completely legal and constitutional. I just checked my free copy of the US Constitution sent to me by The Marxist Society of America. It is clearly spelled out as part of the ‘Except Clause’.

Next up, “Thalidomide and You” its just a tummy ache.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Dr Malone, one of those responsible for coming up with mRNA technology (he thinks the technology is good, but the COVID spike protein jab is bad), actually brought up “thalidomide” as an example of a situation that could happen with the jab/pregnancy. He said bad outcomes might skip a generation, but I was a little surprised he brought up the ‘thalidomide’ situation as an example ... he did ‘go there’.

"500 years is ‘Temporary"

What is really needed is a "permanent" string of gallows in front of the SCOTUS building...

he acknowledged that the “Centers for Disease Control and Prevention exceeded its existing statutory authority by issuing a nationwide eviction moratorium.” But because the moratorium is set to expire at the end of July—“only a few weeks” away—Justice Kavanaugh said...

“The Constitution is more what you’d call ‘guidelines’ than actual ‘rules’.”

Violations of the Constitution and statutes can be remedied by damages instead of injunctive relief. The distribution of rental assistance and the payment of landlords would therefore provide a remedy for the violations at issue in the case.

Activist Supreme Court justices are seemingly taking advantage of the following situation.

Since the corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties have divided the Senate, even if justices were impeached for disrespecting the Constitution, it remains that the Senate probably couldn’t satisfy the 2/3 supermajority vote to remove them.

After all, desparate Senate Democrats and RINOs couldn’t remove “Orange Man Bad” Trump from office even after two mock impeachments of him.

Kavanaugh is a "contemporary" Catholic frat boy squish who speaks out of both sides of his mouth. Go along, get along. Maybe we should call him Bishop Kavanaugh (he'd fit right in ).

You may have nailed it. Allowing Amy Klobuchar to verbally whip you is a sign of weakness.

“The CDC is not even the government. They are a not for profit funded by both governments and private entities. This would be like PBS requiring everyone to listen to All Things Considered to get their “official” news.”

you are mistaken about CDC not being part of the Executive Branch of Government. The CDC is part of the Department of Health and Human Services [HHS].

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Centers_for_Disease_Control_and_Prevention

“The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC or U.S. CDC) is the national public health agency of the United States. It is a United States federal agency, under the Department of Health and Human Services,[2] and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.[3]”

Well, it was a few months before that when SCOTUS refused to do their job [similar to what’s in this article] in the Berg vs. Obama Certifigate case.

The telephone tax levied by the Congress to help fund the Spanish-American War was “temporary” but somehow lasted for about 100 years!

Rights delayed are rights denied - so even temporarily depriving someone of their property without Due Process is a violation of the Constitution. Does Kavanaugh not understand that it is UTTERLY IRRELEVANT whether the illegal/unconstitutional seizure of private property is temporary; even if it was due to expire only 1 hour after the Court ruled on the case, the Court should STILL rule properly on this case to create precedent that such seizures in the future would be prohibited. Officials in the future would be on formal notice that such a denial of basic constitutional rights would subject them to Title 42, Section 1983 - which enables someone who denies another their civil rights under color of law to be sued PERSONALLY.

Kavanaugh = FAIL!

Roberts - well, we’ve known since the first Obamacare decision that this silly SOB is compromised, so no one realistic expected him to vote otherwise.

The end game here is to create a shortage of “affordable housing” so Fedzilla gets into the rental business and can slap up Section 8 housing wherever they want.

You are right. I just noticed it is the CDC Foundation, which was set up to organize financial support for the CDC, which is the nonprofit. Until you told me I didn’t realize the two were not the same thing.
