Sharpton and Crump are advocating for 17-year-old Hunter Brittain, who was shot and killed by Sgt. Michael Davis during a June 23 traffic stop
Officer Davis, who is white, was fired by Lonoke County Sheriff John Staley last week for not turning on his body camera until after the shooting occurred
Last Friday, Arkansas State Police handed over the results of its investigation into the shooting to prosecutors
On July 7, Sharpton and Crump attended the funeral for the teen where Sharpton said 'I want the whole world to know the name of Hunter Brittain'
Sharpton said that there is no difference between George Floyd and Hunter Brittain, 'it was not about black or white, but about right and wrong'
Crump told CNN he believes Brittain's death could push lawmakers to pass the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, which has been stalled in the Senate
During an appearance on MSNBC's PoliticsNation Hunter's uncle Jesse Brittain said he would like to see officer Davis charged with murder

Translation: Our ability to use minorities to defund the police are getting unpopular. We now have to use whites if we want to create anarchy so we can be the “solution”.
Some will fall for this stunt
A broken clock is correct twice each day.
Why can’t these Race Baiters spend some time in Chicago? Speaking out about the routine black on black murders?
Because they and the media ignore this crisis, it leads to violent encounters with the police. And sometimes bad shootings happen.
Blame the cop? Sure. But if thugs were not allowed to BLM all over the place - the number of cops needing to shoot would drop like a rock.
There actually is a problem with police use of force. It is overlooked because (1) the media paints it as purely racial when it isn’t - Google Daniel Shaver, for just one example - and (2) it touts incidents where the cop was clearly justified to shoot. This obscures the actual problem.
There isn’t much known about the circumstances of this kid’s shooting, except that he was carrying a bottle of anti-freeze to block his truck tire.
Did he have a felony record? Was the auto involved in crimes previously? Was there any altercation with cops or others at the scene? Besides not turning on his body-camera, did the cop not follow any other required procedures?
Just trying to learn what may have contributed to the shooting
That's what all parties should be interested in.
Having Sharpton on my side would make my skin crawl. Like lice.
Nice, but I don’t believe the race hucksters are sincere.
Reverend Al Sharpton?????? Bwhahahahahaha
Was it an aspiring young white rapper with his pants around his knees? Inquiring minds want to know.
ps. Appears to be a bad shoot by a trigger happy cop, but the race baiters should stay the hell away.
Tokenism...
Does ANY of that crap you mention matter?
So it’s OK to just kill someone because they have a felony record? Because a similar car was used in a crime, just light them up?
A cop not turning on their body camera is *GUILTY*, just as I would be if I blew a .20, no trial needed, end of subject.
The *only* justification for a police shooting is an armed individual about to fire on the police officer or a citizen.
The suicide clients have proven unprofitable.
Everyone asks these questions for the likes of George Floyd. We should ask the same questions for Hunter Brittain.
When you hear Al Sharpton is involved, you know it’s an attempt at a dollar shake down. Same as hearing the infamous Gloria Allred being involved in a #MeToo case. Something crooked this way comes!
Looks like Sharpton and Crump are trying to use White "Privilege" to buy the grain of credibility that they never had.
Wrong to do so in all cases.
Was the person pointing a gun at the cop or any other person. If the answer is ‘no’, then it’s a bad shoot, no other info needed.
I get your point about asking the questions in one case as opposed to others, I just think that even asking such questions in any case means you have either bad cops or the people who enable them.
