Magnitude 6.2 earthquake strikes central California

Hearing from some family: felt in Sacramento, Morgan Hill and in San Jose, also Yosemite Valley. A 3.6 just northwest of Vacaville they’re saying was triggered by this quake. The Vacaville quake was felt in Citrus Hts (Sacramento County, just south of Roseville, CA). Sacramento area felt both quakes.

I guess there’s a lot of little aftershocks going on from Central Valley up. The kind that keep you uneasy. Nothing down south, yet. But I’m thinking we might get some adjustment, too, depending on which plates were doing what.

I was looking at this cluster of tremors about an hour and a half ago, thinking “Whole lotta shakin goin on...”

Years ago I had a BUNCH of seismograms bookmarked and could look almost immediately. But the web isn’t just jpgs and text anymore...

I was in Walmart on Kietzke Lane, I didn’t feel any shaking but got a woozy feeling - thought I was getting one of my head/sinus things I get occasionally.
